Tge dude who gave me the sub gave me practically no food on it, the sub was so thin it was basically just bread. Then he charged me for 2 cookies HE DIDN’T GIVE ME. This location sucks, if you want better service go to the one on the Beltline.

I came this morning and there was a terrible mess. I didn’t like shopping at this location. I eat at Subway often, so I can’t help but mention that this place was very untidy. The manager should speak with their staff to make sure this doesn’t happen.

Called to get a refund on 4 of the 8 sandwiches I ordered. The four that made people sick had cucumbers on them. From the start the sandwich tasted awful and my daughters immediately knew it was the cucumbers. They would not refund me because i complained one day too late. NEVER eating here again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I was placing my order while attending phone call but clearly giving my order, and instead of respectfully taking my order, the staff member stopped midway to handle another order. When she returned, I asked her to toast my bread, and she suddenly started raising her voice, telling me she doesn’t serve customers who are on the phone. She continued mumbling and making rude remarks, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. It’s not her place to comment on what a customer is doing—as long as I’m placing my order clearly, it should be followed.

Is always a go to spot if I want some subway, its close to center of a lot of spots and houses, so easy to grab on the way. I usually do order to go, so I don’t eat in a lot. But they make quality subs, and are most of the time pretty fast with them.

i called to place an order at 11:20 and she told me they are in the middle of lunch time and order online. I told her I tried 5 times and the App is not working on my phone and its not working on the computer either. She replied, “ohh”. I told her never mind, I will go somewhere else. she said ok. Poor Customer Service. If they cant take calls then they should not answer or have a msg stating so, or not have that be an option. Our office typically frequents this location for lunch but we will not anymore.
