As a foodie and content creator I visit many different restaurants around here the world. The food, desserts and drink choices are a 10/10 and I highly recommend. I am big on customer service as well and I am greeted upon arrival. One day I decided to order online so my order would be ready as I am In healthcare and emergencies happen suddenly. So I was a little late picking up my order and had to deal with a patient first but when I arrived I was told the bagel flavor I ordered was not in stock but if I wanted to choose another flavor which I seen blueberry , Asiago , jalapeño etc. I wanted to try cinnamon sugar but that was out as well. I asked for a refund and the owner said not for an order that was already prepared. I was confused because how is it prepared if it is not ready if it was prepared which I paid for in advance. She refused to give me a refund and had me call eat street which is the mobile order platform they use and request a refund. I reached out to eat street and they told me to speak with the merchant I explained I did and this is what she told me to do. They reached out to the store and was told I was late picking up my order. An investigation was said to be happening and would take 24-48 hours. Today makes one week no refund and I left with no food which was disappointing. I worked in the area and called to see if since I never got a refund could I get the ordered made today. The girl asked if I spoke with the owner about the situation I let her know the owner was present when it happened. I was able to get my ordered with the bagel I asked for. No extra meat like I was charged for and asked for but it still beats paying for food and never received it. The owner’s demeanor, deliverance could have been different instead she said I could have just made the bagel with a different flavor but I waited for you to get here and you were late. My order was paid in advance so I could grab and go when I had no patients. Whether it would have been cold when I picked it up I could have reheated. The customer service from the younger girls are usually pleasant but i would not be returning. But would recommend if you are ordering in person and can see what’s available before you pay. My bagel is always delicious though great drink choice and amazing mini cupcakes I love the strawberry shortcake cupcakes ! The hashbrowns are made in house thin and crispy but tasty !
6/6/25 went to place an order after the incident and the owner knew who I was turned her head the other direction and was not welcoming at all which is unfortunate to be treated that way as a paying customer who still decided to give the business a chance but that’s the last time I will support. And flip flops and no hair nets in the kitchen is not ServSafe etc.

My goodness, been driving by this spot for years and didn’t stop. Big mistake. Got an everything bagel w/ sausage egg cheese. Oh my! And looking at their menu, need to try roast beef, rueben, etc. Friendly staff, great prices!

I ordered online to be delivered. For one, the driver could not read and delivered it to the wrong house which was strike one for me.
I called because I had been waiting for an hour. I explained to the girl the situation, and when I did, she essentially gaslit me and told me that the place they delivered to was in fact the place. I INSISTED it was not, because the destination was NOT A BUSINESS and they delivers to a business which was quite obviously closed.
Strike three was the bagel sandwich. I’m very much curious and concerned with the person who thought a pork sausage patty could be considered scrapple, or even be passed off as such. While they come from the same animal, they VERY MUCH differ in appearance and texture. They also differ digestion wise. My stomach has jlnot been right since I ate that sandwich.

Ordered a scrapple egg and cheese on a torpedo roll , first the roll was more like a dinner roll , had which seemed like one egg stretched out super thin , two thin slices of cheese that did nothing . And two almost deli meat slices of scrapple, which after I asked was told that was extra as requested. In all honesty there idea of a breakfast sandwich is twisted and the food is garbage next time I’ll skip supporting the small local business and go to Wawa or McDonalds for breakfast

Not sure which Time Square the name is referring to because no NYer would eat these bagels. They would laugh at how ridiculously tiny they are and so flavorless. Pretty sure my chocolate chip bagel only had 5 chips in the entire bagel. Shrink-flation is real. Use to be a decent spot now I’d rather drive an hour north and get a bagel worth eating. Extremely slow service like some other have said too. Not busy but now I know why.

My family and I are major fans of supporting our local small businesses. With Times Square Bagel, we get one of the best bagels in South Jersey. The bagels are the perfect size, on the outside they have a nice crunch and a soft middle. In house, they have a variety of different cream cheeses to choose from. The breakfast sandwiches, well they do not cheat on meat. They may be the only place where I have found a cranberry bagel and I enjoy it.
Another reason why I will give them my business is their devotion to giving back to the community. From the time they spend with the Bellmawr cheer association to donating back to local animal shelters. Not only are they great business owners, but they are great human’s!

Well let me start by saying this becarefull who you have working on your food. I called in my order by the time i got there food still wasnt completed but i did watch one of the workers drag a trash can with one glove on then proceed to take a bagel someone ordered and touch it with the same glove she just moved the trash can with. Then picked up the phone with the same glove then go back and touch another persons bagel. Not once did she change her gloves out i repeat i will not be ever coming back here specially not to get food poisoning. Watch who you hire the only reason why i didnt say anything is because my friend begged me not to.

This place is horrible. Picked up 2 pork roll egg and cheese on plain bagel sandwiches today and was a total disappointment. 2 very thinly slices of pork roll, 1 thinly slice piece of cheese and a egg. Could barely taste the pork roll and the bagel was very chewy. Worst breakfast sandwich I ever had. Avoid this place. Consider yourself warned
