I had a puppy with me today and wanted to get him a treat and a coffee for myself. Knowing that McDonald’s changed their burger patty recipe and now has onion mixed in with the beef I refuse to feed this to any dog. So I ordered a crispy chicken fillet. It cost $3.00 which may seem pricey as a dog treat; however, compared to other McDonald’s prices I feel it is quite reasonable. East end really catered to the puppy platter and it was beautiful. They put the chicken on an actual platter and added a little lettuce for looks. I let the puppy try some but he didn’t favor it too much. Next time I will ask them to add a little tomato slice as well and let the puppy try this too. I tasted the chicken and it was nice and juicy, well proportioned and was the best puppy platter I’ve seen in a while. Awesome job McDonald’s for not forgetting about our furry friends and still having items on your menu that are safe for dogs to eat.

hardly ever go to Mcdonald’s but decided to grab my husband a burger and fries, and sadly he found a hair in his sandwich
We live 20 miles out so I couldn’t bring it back so I called and supposedly they took my address down to send me a coupon for a sandwich but I never did receive it but that’s fine, not a regular customer anyway

I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy. Came home and opened the box to a very sad chicken sandwich with 2 bottom buns.
The sandwich is the size of a McChicken.
The prices of food at this location are astronomical. I live in the Twin Cities and Superior’s prices are out of their minds. Not to mention the actually build their sandwiches the correct way.
I won’t be back.

Line of cars very long. Waited 15 minutes for fast food. Had to go inside and there were many bags of food sitting on counter nobody was passing out.

Do not order breakfast at this McDonald’s through the app. Although breakfast is advertised until 10:30 AM, they shut it off whenever they choose. We placed our order well ahead of time and gave the order number at the drive-thru at 10:28 AM. The staff told us breakfast was already closed and that we would need to go into the app ourselves to cancel the order for a refund. Very frustrating and misleading.

This is the 4th time I had to go back after either getting delivery or drive thru. Every time it’s either cold food, forgetting food. The whole point of getting delivery or going thru drive thru is not to have to run back to the restaurant. The only reason why we get food from here is because it’s close by our house.

Restaurant temperature must’ve been near 63 degrees (outdoor temp was 71). Men’s paper towel dispenser didn’t work. Women’s restroom was out of Toilet paper (at least they addressed that). Order was missing an entire meal of nuggets, and fries. Sandwich was not prepared as requested. Staff argued even with proof and receipt (dining inside). Ceiling tiles were missing from dining area with insulation showing.
I’m normally not a negative person, but this location needs some training, and maintenance. Until this location improves, I recommend skipping and dine at one in Duluth.
