I always like to go to this place. We went for dinner and it was very quiet and peaceful. I love the chicken teriyaki. The guys that work there all are very nice and respectful. My husband always jokes with them. If you haven’t try this place, try it.

I’ve been getting food from Sarku for years, but at this point I have to say that I’m done. It’s clear they don’t respect customers who order delivery via DoorDash. You pay a premium for the convenience and they give you way less food because you’re not standing in front of them. This is the third time this has happened, so shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt twice. This was an order with “double meat”.

I used to come here every weekend when they had the $6 chicken teriyaki special. This is one of my favorite meals it tastes so good. Since they’ve raise their prices I don’t come as often, I’ve noticed the prices are being raised and the portions are getting smaller. A while back they got smaller trays. Tonight I went up there and paid nearly $10 for this tray. A tray only half full with little to no rice, hardly any vegetables, and hardly any chicken. There were guys in front of me that had full trays so I asked why mine was empty when the people in front of me was full, and I was told I had the correct portion. I don’t care how good the food is I’m not spending $10 for half a tray of food. Super disappointing, I wish they had handled this better.

I wouldn’t recommend buying here. They’ll give you a small portions of food. A bit of chicken teriyaki on top of the fried rice. It’s not worth it for the price that you would pay for.

Ordered 2 teriyaki chicken double meat lomein and vegetables on both.
Always consistent until today. There was something missing and I can’t pin point what it was. On top of that to go trays have shrunk and pricing has gone up. Also they expect tips when you order and when you pick your tray up.

Must of been an off day for them, return trip resulted in an excellent meal.

It’s ok. Use to be better but has really gone down hill last few years. They bought new smaller boxes so now the portions are way smaller than what it use to be. Paying for extra chicken to them is literally just chopping the current chicken into 3 or more pieces before putting it into your box. Very disappointing. Staff never smiles here, not too friendly.

This is the go-to place when I hit the mall. Food always hot and sauce is delicious.

I find it very strange that the place offers shrimp tempura, but no one there knows what tempura sauce is, how does that happen?
