Seems like the two ladies who were working today did not speak very much English. Now typically I’m not one to complain about that, but when they are messing up your order and overcharging you. It creates an issue.
I was told that since I came in at 11:15 they don’t serve breakfast anymore even though I’ve gotten breakfast way after 11:00 before. They said that it cost more after 11:00 for the breakfast sandwich. Then when I didn’t have any eggs on it they tried to charge me four the eggs. Even though I paid more for the sandwich than it was listed. I was very unhappy with this visit. The guy before me seemed upset too because they were getting his order wrong multiple times as well.

Ordinary subway. Wait time was reasonable and the food was great. The interior is lacking the style of being more modern and trash was seen on tables and on the floor.

Their hours state open until nine, we placed an order on a Saturday to be picked up just before and when we pulled up at 8:45 pm they were closed, lights off and everything. However we were given a notification that they prepared our food and it was ready. Thats just not acceptable. Based on other reviews issues with their hours and being present for them is not uncommon.

Terrible experience for me. I was here because of the Uber driver snack offer. I showed the coupon on the app to an employee and she took the phone from me and pressed on the redeem button right away so the timer started to count down. Then she didn’t know what to do next so she turned to another employee and asked for help. The other employee looked at the app and pressed the “redeemed” button and handed the phone back to me and said they are not participating in this promo. I didn’t know what to say cuz they can totally tell me in the first place that they are not a participant without voiding the coupon.

An female employee that works at this location Monday at 8:40 refused to make a meatball marinara sub because they were 20 minutes away from closing time. Walked out the place and left. Just pure laziness. 20 entire minutes left until closing and you’re too lazy to make a sanwhich. Managers do something about this.

Wow, just wow… this subway has asked my mother for extra cash just because she doesn’t know how to speak English. My mother isn’t that dumb ok, my mother has ordered the same thing and recognizes the price.
