Ordered the Fire Bomb Ramen, Cajun Karaage, and Pink Frizz. Highly recommend all of them, the broth was rich and flavorful without being too salty. The toppings were all well balanced seasoning wise. Oddly the best menma I’ve had. Karaage had a nice bite, paired well with the dipping sauce, and was a generous portion. Nothing felt too expensive for the dishes we recieved.
While the restaurant was busy the servers did well to leave us without need. Chefs made the dishes beautifully appetizing. Thank y’all for the great service!

We ordered on Ubereat for takeout. The food was nicely packaged and ready around the estimated time.
Killer Beef Rib Ramen With Thick Noodles ($26.40) + Pork Chashu ($4): The creamy pork broth was good, though the bowl and toppings portions were on the smaller side. I loved the thick noodles. The beef rib was a decent size, but after heating it in the microwave for 30 seconds, it became so dry that we couldn’t pull the meat off the bone. I’m not sure how that happened, but it was such a shame. On the other hand, the pork chashu were delicious!
Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice ($15.40): This was tasty and unique. I had never seen strawberries paired with spicy tuna before, but it’s a nice blend of sweet and savory.
Avocado Bomb ($9.90): Yum, I love snow crab as it always makes a huge difference compared to imitation crab.
Agedashi Tofu ($6.60): Flavorless since you could barely taste the tempura sauce and the tofu weren’t crispy, even after air frying it.

Absolutely thrilled that Bluefin opened up in northwest Austin! I was first introduced to Bluefin at their south Austin location but being a north atx girlie, never found myself there often.
Look no more than seeing Bluefin and stumbling upon grand opening excitement, hubs and i had to do date night and take advantage of a buy one get one free BOGO offer that evening!
We ordered ourselves a glass of wine and Sapporo on tap, both were amazingly priced, our bentos came with miso soup, tempura and our entree of an assortment of foods. So much noms and such great service on their A+ of opening crowds and volume.
Can’t wait to go back and support them, and abundant parking to boot, what’s not to love?!

Sneaky hidden gem, some of the nicest and fastest service I’ve had in the Austin area. The food portions were large, had a great variety, and were very tasty. Highly recommend if you’re craving Ramen, definitely want to come back for the sushi and other options.

Wow, am I happy this place opened it! I didn’t expect food to be as good as it is. I’ve had both this their sushi and sashim plate and their lamb shank ramen and was pretty blown away by both. I do think marufuku has better ramen but i can walk to this place from work.
The artistry of the cucumber and daikon carvings are gorgeous. And one things about the ramen that caught me off guard was that the texture of the meat felt more like goat than lamb but i love goat so i was a fan.

So happy we decided to give bluefin a try! Staff was fantastic as was the meal. Super creative roll selection that is reasonably priced. Abundance of other menu options as well for the non sushi fans, including a long list of ramen and hot or cold dishes. Great deal that included a free appetizer with any purchase over $50. Will be back very soon to explore the rest of the menu!

Was googling sushi spots and came across this place and didn’t realize we missed their soft open by a week! The inside is beautiful and all of the staff are super nice 🙂 Marco was our waiter and he was great. The food was amazing and so beautifully put together! We got Thai tea boba teas, krab puffs, cucumber salad, a Brodie roll, tuna shashimi, and the hamachi tower. 10/10. We found our new fav spot for dinner!

My wife and I had dinner here tonight. We started with the wings with spicy teriyaki, and the “avocado bomb.” The wings were great, and pretty spicy! The avocado bomb was also pleasantly spicy and really yummy. Both were delicious. My wife had a bento box with spicy pork, and I had the regular omakase sushi + roll.
My wife’s bento box was amazing. Great portion size, and really delicious! The pork was wonderfully spicy. The edamame was perfect, and the serving was huge!
The fish in my omakase was very nice, delicious and mild. The roll had really generous portions of crab. The presentation was beautiful! They had a side dish with changing color LEDs and dry ice, which “smoked” over the LED in a really delightful way.
Our server was very attentive without being overbearing at all. My glass was never less than half empty, and everyone was so friendly!
We really loved it, and we will DEFINITELY be back! The live singer had a beautiful tenor voice, and played a mean guitar!
