Im getting over a stomach bug where i couldn’t eat solids for 3 days and wanted a semi-healthy and light meal for my first real lunch since feeling better. I placed my order on the app, at 12:35pm and walked in at 12:55pm which gives them a good 20 mins to make the ONE sandwich i ordered. I walk into a quiet restaurant with 1 guest sitting down and the employee sitting in the backroom but no order ready for pick up. She grabs the ticket with my order and offers a weak playful sorry and says she’ll have it done in 3 minutes. In the 3 minutes that I will never get back she managed to burn the bread and put the dressings on the sandwich which i asked to be on the side. Not having any time to get it redone correctly i went back to work and forced myself to eat as much of the burned, unenjoyable, dry, hard sandwich as i could before i gave up. Definitely NOT a good experience.

It’s Subway, you know what to expect. This location no longer carries the oven roasted chicken breast. Recently (prior to December 2021) select Subway locations have stopped carrying it which is a bummer if it was your go to. Specifically, this location is clean and less busy than many others. It should be a reasonably quick stop for a big sub.

They said they don’t accept any coupons due to gas. ???? The meatballs marinara sub had cold sauce and cold meatballs. The bread was tough and not fresh. Worst sandwich ever! Will not every be going back! Do better subway! Period!

Jasmine is one of the best managers that this store has had. One can see her people skills when she is preparing subs. Her attitude to customers is reflected with more customers eating in the store.

Very disappointing experience, the sign stating this restaurant does not receive coupons or rewards should not be hidden at the register when is too late and now you gotta spend $15 more than you anticipated, to some this is not much, to a single mom this means a whole other meal. The attention and way this was communicated made me feel like I was a third class citizen only because I was trying to save a bit of money. And the saddest part was the subs didn’t taste that good at the end!! Probably will look for a better subway to visit. Since this one was far from being even decent. My daughter couldn’t even use the restroom!!

I am giving one star because unfortunately even though the guy who served me did amazing. I am disappointed that he was by himself doing everything.
I don’t know if someone called in or this location just likes keeping one person behind the counter or what. All I can say is do better subway. Take care of your employees. Especially this guy who was obviously over worked.
Kudos to the one employee for doing a great job though. You guys better give him a bonus lol.

This is a great location for Subway. The gentleman inside was by himself with a line but he stayed cool and kept doing everything he could to streamline making the customers sandwiches including mine. During this Winter storm there are few places open for food and I am appreciative of him willing to go in to work so that we all could eat. It was a lifesaver and I would recommend this restaurant if you would like a good Subway sandwich.

This is a typical subway. It is clean and the employees are great. I am giving three stars because everytime I have been in, only one person has been working behind the counter. You would think that at 1300 on a football Sunday management would schedule more than just one person to work. The young lady that was working gets 5 stars.

We came to eat tonight before playing at monster golf. The cashier was rude. She did not know what she was doing. She charged us for things we did not order and she stated that she could not fix it because she did not know how. While she is too busy with her child that she had in the back and whoever she kept leaving on hold while on her cell phone, she wouldn’t even give me a spoon for my soup so I had to drink it out of the bowl and it was cold.
Such bad service.

Most awkward experience i have had at a subway. It took the girl about 20 minutes to prepare two sandwiches. When I arrived she came out from the back and had to go back when she got reminded by a friend in the dinning area she forgot her mask. After she returned she just stood there till i had to great her. There was inly Italian bread which i was okay with but when we reached the condiments she let me know there was no mayonnaise. It was just overall awkward and bad.
