If I could give a no star at all I would ! This is the most nastiest good times ive been to , the staff seemed careless! The “squeezed ” was more water then lemonade! My sandwich was not cooked all the way I did’nt even finish it! For the price I paid i was expecting something worth it the price! They sure need better staff !!

I can’t believe these people are not more careful I hope ur manager sees this I’m currently working and am unable to make it back to the store to complain but I’ve found a metal staple in my burger I really hope that something gets figured out about this that is super upsetting that I could of eaten that these workers really need to make sure no contaminants get into their food especially a metal staple this is really ridiculous I’ve worked in food service before and I know personally it’s not that hard to make sure dumb mistakes like this dont happen

I deleted my last review where I begged the staff to clean the fryer. I came in tonight at 930pm and they burnt my tater tots to a literal crisp. I spend 30$ on average at least 2 sometimes 3 times a week here. Tonight was my last time coming in. You lost an insanely loyal customer because the staff can’t be bothered to do a half decent job. I’ve given you guys multiple chances to just give me the food I ordered in a decent quality and you can’t even do that. Do not come to this location ever. They will charge you for one thing and you give you the lesser version or give you squished food or just absolutely neglect your sides.

Story line- 10:35 pm I get denied by Chilis because it’s too late (open until 11).
With time I have left I go to Good Times 2 min from home, last option. I say to the speaker at 10:45 “anything easy to make in the kitchen since you’re almost closed?” Curtis was so welcoming and hard working, even with people behind me. What a good guy! I come here often, first time I met him I believe but he worked to the bone to the end! And his crew! Good job guys, I give really authentically bad reviews too but you guys did more than well!

The only real problem with good times is that you are paying a premium over most of their fast food competitors… to be fair the food is better, but with the strip down location and streamlined menu it should be 15 to 20% cheaper

Honestly the lady at the window was extremely rude. Couldn’t ever say hi or thank you. The ONLY thing she ever said was my total. Items missing that I had to ask for and she looked SO unhappy to have to get me an item I’ve already paid for. To top it off they still screwed my order up.
Edit: it’s been about 4 weeks. I just had the same issue with the order being incorrect. I’ve now spent money twice and have not received what I ordered either time. Only this time I can’t eat it at all. Really disappointed and I will not be returning. Which sucks because the California burger is fire.
