Im not one to leave bad reviews but its getting old quick. It seems like every time I try to go here for dinner, they are closed hours earlier than their posted hours. One of my last online orders I put in, I showed up because it said my order was ready, and the store was closed! Never got my money back for that either…. I try and try with this location and it’s does nothing but disappoint. I understand I could go somewhere else but the options in this tiny town are Subway and Casey’s pizza, and I’m sick of pizza every time we try to go out. If you can’t afford to stay open until your posted hours, then the hours should be adjusted.

Subway with a drive through?? That was awesome! I’ve never seen one of those before. The food was good. I got a pizza and they put on a ton of cheese. The staff was super nice and the food was good. And did I mention they have a drive through? Haha!

It’s a small town so service is almost always immediate. Being a vegetarian there is nowhere to get anything but a salad or a baked potato if u are lucky but all the kinds of gravy have a beef or chicken base. THIS SUBWAY still has the veggie patties!!!! Yes VEGGIE PATTIES. The trick is….you have to ask for it as it is not printed on the board. If the person behind the counter is new tell them the veggie patties are in the freezer and to microwave it. If they only toast it the center will still be frozen. So microwave. They will still toast the bun and melt the cheese then add the hot patty. It’s just awesome I can get a hot meal in an area that only serves meat. I love it! So if you want a vegetarian meal in the surrounding 30 miles…this is your only real option. Amen for this subway!

When we arrived there was a family of 3 ahead of us ordering their food. We patiently waited while the ONLY person working made their sandwiches and rang up their food. While we waited in line more and more people were showing up. When the line was about 8 people deep someone pulled up at the drive thru and the phone rang. Again the ONLY person working was trying to help all three areas. 5 people walked out by the time we got our sandwiches. When we finally sat down to eat the sandwiches were mediocre at best, there were so few ingredients and toppings it looked like it was an empty piece of bread. Not to mention while we were eating there were ants crawling all over the wall and window sill next to the table. I don’t blame the employee, I actually feel bad for how embarrassed she was, she did the best she could under the circumstances. Shame on the manger for letting that happen and not controlling the ant problem they obviously have.

What a horrible experience.
I received the worst customer service I have ever received at a Subway (Subway #29046-0 Appleton, MN). I placed on order online for your “new” Italian BMT along with a “fresh melt” meatball marinara Sub. I placed my order at 3:30 PM to be told by the app that it would be ready at 3:55 PM. When I went into the store to pick up the order it was not even ready. The employee told me that the only bread they had available was wheat or I could come back in 25 to 30 minutes. (As he was just putting bread in the oven). I told him wheat was fine. He then told me that Subway doesn’t do grilled just toasted. I told him that according to your own menu it was a grilled sandwich. He tells me in the 2 months he worked there he’s never made one so Subway doesn’t make them. I then pulled up Subways online menu, showed him the description and said then you need to argue with them. After this exchange I told him to forget the order and just refund the order. He then walked over to the phone and started to call the manger to find out how to do the refund. I told him at least 3 times I wanted the managers number, to which his response was I need to Shut the hell up and if I couldn’t shut the hell up to get out of his store.
This has to be one of the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway or anywhere else for that matter.

Always runs out of seafood and does not have anymore around. Closes early without notice, pulled up 15 min before close and the worker walked to the door and turned sign to close. Only go there if I have too, even got yelled at by a worker one day over my daughter wanting two cheeses on a kids sub and that is not allowed “they only get one cheese” is what they told me in a very rude and angry voice.

Just ate there for supper hoping to have a pleasant experience. One worker had her hair in a loose ponytail, with her hair lingering above my food, this was after she filled the lettuce with no gloves. She did not wash her hands before putting gloves on to work on food. And afterwards, she accidentally dropped a lid, picked it up then hoped no one noticed her put it back onto the food line. Was disgusted enough to tell her that was gross, and said I’d call the health department next time.

I like how they acknowledge that you are at the window quickly. Excellent service, gave me my drink while waiting for my sandwich to be made. Friendly, a great product.
