Our family loves this place. The chicken always fresh and tender. We have tried the whole chicken, tenders, fries and roll. All these items were tasty. It’s located inside a gas station. The staff is friendly. It’s a must try place. Do check them out.

Worst experience to date. Since I started coming to this location over the last few months they got much worse. The wings were basically flavored bones, completely cooked and dried out. The Mac and cheese tasted like soap. The red beans and rice didn’t have any beans, so it was basically just white rice. They charged me almost $50 bucks for 20 bones, 1 Mac and 1 white rice. None of it tasted right. Recently they hired this old guy who looks like he lives at the dump, you can tell he doesn’t respect himself or anyone else, he is very rude and he way he speaks to customers. Starts handling food without washing his hands, gross. The younger guy also has no customer service experience. This place will fall off if it keeps going this way.

I used to love coming here especially for their chicken but now it’s always old and dark. I just went there on my lunch break and spent $13 on my lunch thinking it was fresh but it turned out to be chicken that was just put back into the grease to make it appear to be fresh. Nope ever since they changed management the product sucks. I will not be going back again. That chicken today was old and dry and instead of wasting my lunchtime as well as my gas I’m just not going back. Disgusting. Honestly whatever you did to that chicken it was disgusting like I said I will never come back. That chicken was not and I repeat it was not fresh it was put back into the grease to make it look fresh it was completely dark not golden brown. You literally wasted my money and lost a customer. You need to retrain your workers because it was disgusting.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Had them twice, awful both times. Food is cold, dried out and OLD. They’re very rude, don’t know how to communicate with customers. Food is high and it’s very disgusting from this specific location. The biscuits they gave me were HARD AS A BRICK! Wouldn’t recommend.

Stopped to get gas after dropping my daughter off at the airport and we were hungry so we decided to check it out. We got the Cajun tenders, biscuits, waffle fries, and a mix of chicken. The chicken was very tender and juicy, the biscuits were light and flaky, and the fries had a good flavor. The young man who waited on us was very helpful suggesting how we could build our combo meal and offering for us to try the original sauce with our tenders along with the sauces we had chosen. We were at this location shortly after 7 pm. I don’t normally write reviews but I was pretty impressed!

Ok so walking in here your greeted by the second best smell in the world…..fried chicken. Normally I go for the bone on fried chicken and its pretty good. Very crunchy and if you get it fresh it’s even better. Now today i got the tenders. Flavor was there. Crunch was there. Freshness…was not there. They were cold and I was in a rush. That’s not a reflection of the food. Food was Still good. Just not the best it could have been. But I still love kkc and I’ll be back.
