The best staff EVER!! I haven’t stopped at a Bojangles in years because of the experience I’ve encountered.. but, my mind has changed once I walked into this location.. Greeted immediately Friendly, professional and engaging! Went in on Thanksgiving morning at 8:40am for my 2year old grand daughter called me and asked me to bring her some pancakes and bacon.. everyone was closed but Bojangles.. no happy about stoping here but…….
the staff working were unbelievably nice told them I need pancakes for my granddaughter because she wanted pancakes..well no pancakes here another cashier stated but we do have an awesome blueberry biscuit she may really like…. I ended up being sold on purchasing that also! Thank you ALL for making my experience a GREAT ONE! You are a fabulous Team that worked together with a smile and kept the inside and outside customers line moving and satisfied.. You ALL know who you are that worked that morning!! Seen videos of this place from workers zero stars workers and management is bad 11-10-23 morning when someone ask for fresh that’s what they want. Then give you a time an then it’s way more than they tell you. They need to be retrained.
Went by asked for seasoning on my bo rounds and I get a bag of season smh I’m so pissed off. 9-24-24
Go by12/24 can’t remember the exact day. The lady in drive thru dropped my change an expected me to get out and pick it up no ma’am. I didn’t drop it.
12-9-24 went an ordered an when I got to the window I was asked to pull to first handicap and wait. So I ended up calling and asking did y’all forget me or something gentleman said I’m going to check right now. So a few more minutes went by and I get my regular order #5 light biscuit fresh borounds. I get to work an my borounds was full of season and in the bag it was loaded. This don’t make no sense. I stop going for a while to see if anything would change not. I wish I could show the picture.
3-24-25 tried the new waffle combo you see receipt for what I asked for. The drink I poured out no flavor at all I called and told them it needs to be changed. Then it to much glaze when asked for lite. The bottom was hard you can see by the video. Overall it’s very flavored was just to much. For the first try I probably want get again. Lady at window very nice.

Ordered #5 ask for fresh grounds lite seasoning light biscuits. Borounds hard no seasoning and I should of known that it wasn’t because of how fast I got the order but I continue to go only because it’s close but to mess up almost all the time.

I ordered a chicken leg kids meal side of rice. Get to the window they got me for supreme kids meal. I told the lady i didnt order that then going to tell me the same price i said it cant be the same price. She seemed mad. They need to stop using the robot an take orders and if something wrong handle it been polite you can tell with people tone i can. Well i didnt check an had fries no season at all i didnt ask for fries either also employees should have name on name tags if wearing them

Quick and friendly service at this Westchester Drive Bojangles location. We frequent this location often for breakfast and lunch due to their efficiency during these peak hours. Overall clean facility and the food is always fresh. The large family dinners are always a hit with the crew and it is more than enough to feed six men. Tea is always a bonus for the taste buds!

I arrived around 8:15 pm and asked if it was possible that I could get some freshly baked biscuits. I was only ordering four. I was told that it would be a 9 minute wait and I said Great. I waited for 9 minutes and received a piping hot box of biscuits. Only to get home to biscuits that had just been reheated and were extremely hard. I would have respected them just telling me that they would not do it rather than have me wait for 9 minutes just to give me biscuits that have been sitting there all for God knows how long and just reheat it to the point of inedibility.

Wish i could give zero stars, but the staff at the drive thru are completely hateful and rude. The young girl at the register was actually very nice and this does not reflect on her, but the older women were horrible. I ordered my food at the speaker which is Ai and is off putting, and after i left the speaker i changed my mind, and as soon as i got to the window i asked if it was possible to change part of my order, and the older women acted as if it was the biggest inconvenience in their lives. Its not that deep but they got a hateful attitude that i even asked the question. I told them to just forget about it, but this place really needs to look into replacing those women because they act like they hate their jobs anyway. I wont be back, food wasnt even good.

They are fairly quick BUT the food seems to go past hold time. Frys be too hard and end up throwing most of them away. I get busy time to cook a good bit but nobody likes paying for food thay thrybwaste majority of. The chicken comes out crunchy and overcooked. You cna tell because its dry and the flour isnt even on thr chicken just a brown speck. Prices went UP and Quailty went down. Thats a shame.

I come to this one every once in a while and every time I come around 8-8:30 they never have any chicken. Literally ordered my whole combo with the automated voice, pulled up to pay and staff going to tell me “theres only one piece of chicken left” in the whole store. I said “cool, i’ll take it”. Staff member left and came back and said “actually, theres no more chicken ”. What do you meeeaaan?!??! Why yall still open?!?
My Girlfriend pulls up not too long ago around 8 orders her whole combo, goes to pay and they hit her with the same “We aint got no chicken ” .
All in all, when they actually have food it be fresh and the order is usually correct. Just find it crazy you don’t have chicken an hour and a half before closing considering thats all you sell ♂️.

I’m pregnant so I’m craving spicy food. I’ve been going to Bojangles a lot lately but the workers in there .. especially the women are so hateful. They make you stand there for 5 to 7 minutes before they’ll even take your order and then while bagging your food they just have a nasty attitude. I shouldn’t have to apologize for asking for ketchup because they’ll get mad if I ask. I just feel like I’d they don’t like their job… They should go find another. Again, I love the food. But I feel very uncomfortable when going in and ordering. I would go through the drive-thru to avoid all this but usually almost every time I go I’m in my work vehicle and it won’t fit in the drive-thru.

The food was off the chain. Chicken was hot and fried very crispy. Biscuits were great. Tasted homemade. All my food was in the bag. There was a very loud talking man at the front. i think he was an employee who was getting off work. However, he was very loud, telling all his personal business and distracting the workers who were preparing my food. People dont want to hear about all your personal business out in public. Especially when you are shouting and can be heard a block down the street. Was a turn off. He gave me a headache while I was waiting for my food. —Also the workers needed to wear hair nets around food.

This review is specifically for their chicken sandwich. I finally test drove their new chicken sandwich and it is OUTSTANDING! The nice fella at the drive-thru told me he thought it was better than the Popeyes version when I told him this was my first time. I told him I was skeptical but I would keep an open mind. This is one OUTSTANDING chicken sandwich. This thing is big (the piece of chicken is large), the bun is great, giant/thick slices of pickle and the spice mixture oozed into the meat. My picture makes it look like the chicken is not cooked at first glance but that is the spices. I would rank this chicken sandwich up with any in the fast food realm. The sandwich gets a definite five stars.
This location was always average in my opinion but my last couple trips the service and employees have been way better than previous trips. Maybe they have new management?
