I had a mobile order and added and additional drink. The girl couldn’t hear me over the speaker and quickly came out to get my order in person. The additional drink was promptly delivered. My mobile order came out shortly after, though the slush had melted more than I was happy with. The carhop rushed off to remake it with a smile, despite the heat. Everything tasted fine and the service was excellent.

Ordered 2 jr. Cheeseburgers for the kids, a cheeseburger for the wife and a smash burger for myself. All the burgers other than the smash burger were cold. Like they grabbed everything out of the fridge and didnt try to warm anything. As expensive as they are everything should come out fresh. ( we ate at the parking spot for order so no it wasnt travel that made the food cold )

I went there today, drove all the way home and started taking my food out and realized i didn’t have any fries. I drove all the way back and told them my fries wasn’t in the bag. One employee was rude and claimed “i put the fries in the bag” and “don’t let it happen again” but why would i waste MY gas on some $4 fries if i had them…..not to mention, my burrito was a JUNIOR BURRITO and i ordered a ultimate meat and cheese. please check yall staff ASAP!!!!!

My husband and I went and ordered seasoned crinkle fries were given regular crinkle fries(were only charged for reg crinkle fries) also ordered EXTRA pickles on my berger…NO pickles at all!!!! His meal was fine. My husband repeated himself 3 times! The guy, and it was a male voice, said “yeah” back. It’s not difficult, our country is screwed!

I went by there today made my order. They forgot the tots Charge me for a large burrito ended up with a junior burrito Went back and the lady was rude Argued with me and said don’t let it happen again Customer service sucks. Please check your staff

Food was great. i wasn’t that hungry so I just got a Jr burger but it was made well and fresh.loved the tater tots too; a little salty but my fault for never remembering to ask for no salt. We also got the cinasacks which are a guilty pleasure of mine [pictured]

By far the worst sonic I’ve ever experienced in 38 years. Brought me a black chicken sandwich and tried to tell me that was normal??? Golden brown is done. Not black. These people are goofballs and couldn’t get anything right. Didn’t put mayo on my mom’s burger. Didn’t bring out a drink carrier like we asked. And when they finally put our drinks in a drink carrier the small drink was laying sideways and spilling all in the carrier. This place needs new managers and a better GM. I will spread the word to never go to this sonic. I’ve lived here my entire life and would not feed this cold food to a dog. Pretty bad when Vidor has better employees and managers.

20 minute wait time until food was brought out. Tater tots extremely overdone, all American dog was cold and heavy onions but light everything eles, chicken sandwich was an odd texture. May be the worst Sonic I’ve ever had.

Never had a blast that looked like this. This photo is after I asked them could they finish filling it up, the topping was skipped all together. I would’ve left it as that’s the new way of doing it, but I had one at lunch today. Didn’t think about taking a before photo until after I sent it back. Had to go back after getting home because the slush was wrong. Since I visit this location all the time (weekly) I’ll chalk it up as everyone being tired!!!!!!
