Placed an order in the app for Father’s Day, arrived and it wasn’t ready (no bags in the pickup area). Spoke to the girl at the register who looked a few places and said someone must’ve grabbed it so they’d remake it. Fine, not really their fault. However, rather than bumping it to the front of the line, my remake order went to the back. I literally watched several other groups come in, place their order, get their food, and leave in the time it took for my remake, as well as several other online orders put up as ready ahead of mine. Proper way to handle it would’ve been to bump my “stolen” order to the front, not have me stand around another 20 minutes. I like the food, but won’t be going back to that location.
Edit: The non-action response from the “owner” below confirms that I’ll NEVER go back to that location and now make the additional effort to let corporate know about their piss poor service.
