My 2 coworkers and myself got food poisoning after eating their chicken subs last week. The abdomen pain from the food poisoning was unbearable. Not to mention the service was horrible per my coworker when she was placing the orders. She said they looked clueless and kept interrupting her when she was trying to order the other sandwiches. Horrible. We will never be back.

Stopped to try two new items:
1) Auntie Ann’s footlong pretzel.
(2) Footlong Dipper.

First, I’m an Auntie Ann’s foodie addict. Their pretzels are the best and they’re brushed with butter and then salted. This pretzel tasted like bread and had the same consistency. It looked like water was used to stick very little salt, and no butter. Quite frankly, it tasted like cr…
Auntie Ann’s should pull their name off of this garbage “pretzel”.

Second: A flatbread was stuffed with only 4 larger pieces of pepperoni and a dribble of cheese that I had to search for to even see. No dipping sauce was offered. I was offered honey dipping sauce for the pretzel, which I declined, as I’m diabetic. Nothing was offered for the pepperoni “dipper”.

It’s rare that I give such a low score, but this food deserves it. Don’t waste your money. And, shame on Auntie Ann’s Corp. for allowing this to have their name on it.

I picked up an online order. There was specific instructions to “put the sauce on the side.” The sandwich artist not only provided 2 containers of sauce on the side, but THEY ALSO PUT SAUCE ON THE SANDWICH! Now it’s several hours later, when I’m done working, and I have a soggy disaster. I work 16 hours shifts and only get to eat once a day. I look forward to this meal and it sucked.

I called the store to suggest that next time they don’t put sauce on the sandwich if someone asks for “sauce on the side” and the guy said, “Hey, come fill out an application and you can start making your own subs” and hung up.

All of my phone calls are recorded. I would appreciate the owner or regional manager giving me a call so I can share the phone call recording.

Terrible meal, worse customer service.

On March 26, 2025, at 11:43 AM, I visited Subway to order lunch. I observed an elderly lady also attempting to place an order. The employee assisting her (identifiable by black hair with gray streaks, multiple earrings, and no name tag) was unprofessional and discourteous. The elderly customer was using coupons and suggested a solution when they encountered issues with the bread toaster, saying, “Maybe open it and let it cool down and try again.” The employee responded rudely, “I’m trying to heat it up, not cool it down, lady, like god.” The elderly woman, visibly upset, apologized to everyone for any inconvenience, which was unnecessary as she was merely trying to order her lunch. The behavior of the employee was inappropriate and warrants attention, as it caused undue distress to the customer.

The subs were “sub” par , hardly any meat on them and the sandwich artist was so slow making them. Her coworker stood there and cleaned up the veggies instead of helping her make the subs. We also had a question about the app and neither one could answer, “we weren’t trained on the app.” Not the best experience.

While most of the staff at this establishment are generally nice, my co-workers and I have had multiple horrible experiences with the female manager. She is constantly rude to both the customers and employees, providing some of the worst food service I’ve ever had.

I ordered on the Subway app like I usually do, although this was my first time ordering from this restaurant. When I arrived to pick up my food it was filed under the wrong letter, but I found my name and grabbed my sandwiches. When I got home I realized only one of the sandwiches was correct. There is no way to use the app to let them know about an incorrect order so I called the restaurant. The girl who answered said it was funny because someone else just came in and said they got my sandwich by mistake. She offered to give me my sandwich if I came back in. It was a 40min round trip for me so I just asked for a refund. She said she can’t do that without a manager and the manager would be in in the morning. I asked for the manager to call me. I waited til 2pm and called the restaurant back. I spoke to the manager Dave, he said my phone number was written down wrong. He said they can only give refunds the same day, even though there was no manager available yesterday to do a refund. He said they will put my name on a notepaper and I can get a free sub that way. So I have to drive out of my way, spending gas money, in the hopes my name is still on a paper somewhere to try and get my money back. Do not order from here. The manager is rude and they will not make things right when they make a mistake!

Horrible experience, ordered on the app for pickup food was cold not toasted husband had to eat his sub in a bowl cause the bread had fallen apart. When he asked for his food inside the employee pointed to the food and walked away. When i reached out to subway the way the owner decided to “make it right” with us was to advise us they are talking to their team about it. We will find a new subway even though this ones closer

Went in the other day, and the sandwiches were good and the new fresh mozzarella was amazing. Overall a decent experience aside from the constant relentless flirting of one of the employees there. Made the order experience kind of uncomfortable.

went here after an eight hour shift just to grab something quick to eat and was greeted by trey. he was extremely nice! he boosted my mood so quickly and talked to me the whole time while making my food! if you happen to be at this subway and trey is there, you are lucky! coming back to this subway because of him and he made my food outstandingly!
