Casa Blu was founded by the Suárez brothers — heirs to a culinary legacy that began in a little blue house in Bolivia. That house, our grandparents’ home, became our father’s first restaurant. It’s where we learned the craft. Now in Estero, we continue that story with warmth, soul, and fire.

Casa Blu has a terrific ambiance and outstanding food. We ordered several Mediterranean dishes, and the flavors were absolutely incredible. We also tried the Singani-based cocktails, which were delicious and perfectly crafted. The live music was also a very distinguished touch.
This is definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.

From the moment my friend and I walked in we were warmly welcomed and greeted with smiles. The staff which is family run are very friendly and passionate about taking care of their clients and the food they serve. Aigest was our server and he constantly made sure our drinks were filled and our food was good. He recommended the mussels and the pizza and we are so glad we ordered! The portions here are beyond generous and everything tasted extremely fresh and was served in a timely manner. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Mediterranean experience and wonderful food. My only complaint is that I don’t live closer to here!

We recommend that you dine and experience this new and outstanding restaurant in Coconut Point. We have been three times already and the incredible food never disappoints. We had a wonderful early dinner at Casa Blu today — and it happened to be during happy hour, which made the experience even better! We enjoyed the Margherita pizza and the Honey & Brie pizza, and both were outstanding — excellent quality with fresh, flavorful ingredients and just the right balance of toppings. The drinks were also great and reasonably priced, which made the whole meal feel like a fantastic value. Everything we tried was top-notch, from the food to the atmosphere to the overall hospitality. Highly recommend stopping in for happy hour or dinner!

We had such a wonderful experience at Casa Blu. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. The feta in the Mediterranean salad was hands down the best I’ve ever had… melt-in-your-mouth.
On top of the amazing food, our server Kristine absolutely made the night. She was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely a joy to be around. Her warmth and attentiveness elevated the entire experience.

Casa Blu provides a wonderful dining experience. Dishes are well prepared and presented. The Mediterranean cuisine has many different flavors and choices, and ours were all delicious. Our server was pleasant but erratic and slow. The space is very large and pretty, however even though the tables are spaced well apart, it was loud and tough to hear.

We took our family to Casa Blu to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and everything was absolutely flawless. The food was outstanding fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and every dish came out exactly as ordered. I got the mussels to start and best mussels I’ve ever had! Than I had the branzino and dessert tres leche tiramisu. 100/10 it was perfect.

We ordered take out and it was delicious! My husband had the steak with the Mediterranean salad – one of the best take out steaks and freshest salads he’s had! I loved the Caesar and pesto pasta. You can tell the sauces are homemade and the portions are generous. We will definitely come back to dine in and try more menu items!

Enjoyed an excellent dinner here complete with a warm welcome by the owners, a taste of Bolivian wine (which was lovely!), and a tour of the kitchen. Mattias and Mario were fantastic hosts.
We enjoyed the Gnocchi (made from ricotta, not potatoes!), delicious! Honey and Brie Pizza (amazing!), Roasted Potatoes (excellent!), Escalivada (Catalan wood-fired dish of eggplant, artichokes, red peppers) which was new to us and fantastic! Also their Caesar salad was lovely. We finished off with Tres Leches Tiramisu which was unique and wonderful!
