I absolutely love wood paddle! The food is unique as the praters pie and Mac of the week is always changing to something fun and unique.
The owners and staff are amazing! Down to earth and fun to talk to. The atmosphere is amazing, ALWAYS have the jams playing!
Beer choices are great too, they have 16 tapped beers to choose from and assortment of red and white wines.
This place is definitely a fun place to dine!

We LOVE Wood Paddle! So fun to have such a great local pizza spot nearby. The Armando pizza is the favorite, but we love coming back for the creative & delicious “Prater’s Pie” weekly specials.

Wood Paddle Pizza is one of those small, unassuming spots that completely wins you over the moment you sit down. It’s a quaint little pizza place and tap house with a casual, welcoming vibe, the kind of place where you instantly feel like a regular, even on your first visit.
I had the chance to meet one of the owners, Jared. It’s always nice to be able to interact with the owners, see and hear their passion for what they are doing… and he explained the meaning behind the name: half inspired by the paddles used to pull pizzas from the oven, and half by the paddles used for canoeing and outdoor adventures. That blend of craft and personality sums up the whole place perfectly; thoughtful, fun, and rooted in passion.
The beer selection is always great, with a rotating lineup that keeps things interesting without trying too hard. And the pizza? Absolutely phenomenal. Easily one of the best little pizza spots around. The crust, the toppings, the balance… everything feels dialed in and made with care. It’s the kind of pizza that makes you stop mid‑conversation just to appreciate how good it is.
Wood Paddle is casual, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable every time. Whether you’re grabbing a beer, sharing a pie, or chatting with the owners, it’s the kind of neighborhood gem you’re grateful to have found.

Had the most amazing lunch here today!
The food was delicious, we had the caprese salad and added roasted chicken, and the Philly was outstanding! Can’t wait to go back to grub out on their pizza soon!
But the warm and welcoming service is what will make us go again and again.
Completely blew me away with how the Chef gave my son some dough to play with and showed him how to roll it, made his day!
Thank you for treating us like family! We will be back very soon!

Wood Paddle Pizza & Tap is an absolute treasure trove!!!!
This place makes gorgeous pies with crispy and cared for crust, as well as notably balanced fresh tomato sauce- ( not too sweet, and clearly they source great tomatoes!)
I went for the classic Margherita Pizza and enjoyed myself a cheeky Heady Topper!! As well as a nice crisp Rationale NA beer since I still had a long drive later on- the beer options they had here were SERIOUSLY impressive.
The service was outstanding, the vibe was relaxed and comfortable for an individual or family/ group of friends. Everything about this place was an easy 5 stars for me.
It’s just so nice when you can taste the love in everything enjoyed! Even their simple Arugula salad was PHENOMENAL! And made with thought. The balance of homemade vinaigrette and a light touch of Parm pulled everything together.

Wow! Been driving past this place for awhile and finally came in today for lunch. Fresh, delicious Ceasar salads to start. Had a half Point Break, half Sausage pizza done extra crispy. Incredible. Spices in sausage were perfect. NO GREASY, FLOPPY, FLACID pizza here!! Nice clean and chill atmosphere. Our server Eliana was sweet, helpful and welcoming. Can’t believe we waited so long to try this little gem. Will definitely be back!!. EVERYONE GET HERE NOW FOR FANTASTIC FOOD!!

We ordered delivery. The pizza was fantastic. We loved the choices of toppings. We had the three cheese and the prosciutto with artichokes. Both were amazing. They had a great gluten free crust that was crisp on the bottom and chewy on the edge.

Found this little pizza place tucked into a strip mall just amazing. Family took us here when we were visiting for the holidays and we thoroughly enjoyed it, great wood fire style pizza that wasn’t anything like the big chains. Plus they have a mac-n-cheese of the week, we got a spinach and artichoke heart one that was very yummy, with a great blend of white cheese sauce. And the apple pie dessert pizza was excellent too, a pie filling style with icing, definitely get it “a la mode” for that extra something. All this great pizza was very well priced, feeding 5 people for barley $82. They have a bar area if you want to sit and enjoy a draft beer, a few game machines, and a self service soda machine that carried Jones branded pop! I envy them having this delicious place so close and look forward to next time we visit to come back here.
