The menu is somewhat limited, but everything we had was excellent. I had the tuna special and it came out perfectly seared (rare) and my wife had the shrimp and broccoli and loved it. The bourbon selection was excellent, and even the desserts were great! Will definitely go here again.

Take a trip back to Prohibition and the roaring 1920s with their photos and decor, especially in their “Library Lounge” area that seats small groups of 6-8 and just provides a different atmosphere for birthday parties and small private gatherings. Their outdoor dining is available year- round with heated awnings overhanging each table, perfect for those days in Jersey where the weather changes quickly.
Food specials change out often but you can follow them on socials to keep up with their every changing & always delicious menu options. Their signature American fare menu has some amazing dishes like the Truffle Fries and for the vegetarians, their Nashville Hot Cauliflower iced pickle bites are delicious. Also their southern style ribs and pulled pork options provide that southern dining experience to New Brunswick that pairs well with their whiskey & bourbon selections.
Cannot recommend INC enough and love meeting clients and friends alike for their happy hour and beer selections!

This is a lively restaurant with a full bar which offers a nicely varied menu. Reservations are a must on weekends and can be done online. Staff is friendly and service is quick. The food is good but missed a little for us. The guacamole was bland, but the flat bread was excellent. The entrees were artfully presented but the chicken was overcooked while the pork dish was perfect. Definitely worth a visit in general.

INC is one of the best quality restaurants in the area. The food is thoughtfully prepared and they have dishes that you wouldn’t find at just any restaurant. I’ve not had anything to eat at INC that I didn’t like! Drinks are extra special, and are crafted with complex flavor profiles, and designed to up the ante when it comes to experiencing a quality cocktail. If you love whiskey, this is a must-visit place as well. Staff will help you decipher the menu and make a selection that matches your taste perfectly. I highly recommend INC!

Was here for a wedding. The food was amazing during cocktail hour and during the buffet meal. I went back 3 times to fill my plate! The staff was also extremely courteous, attentive and overall very nice. I would definitely come back here for dinner sometime.

Didn’t quite live up to my expectations. Inventive enough plates, but mediocre in flavor and delivery. The cauliflower was alright, the shrimp side atop cornbread was burnt on the bottom and dry. The salmon dumplings were what we looked forward to the most, but it tasted fishy and a bit old. Other than that it had good ambience, quick service, and friendly staff, but I likely wouldn’t go back based on the food alone.
