A BIG SHOUT OUT to an exceptional employee at the Tellico Plains, TN location. Trey not only makes a GREAT pizza, but he’s considerate and caring about his customers. I thought I had lost my boyfriend’s credit card and called to see if i had dropped it in the store. The next thing I knew, Trey was outside searching the sidewalk and parking lot and even the Subway store next door. Trey took down our info in case he found it or someone turned it in (the card was eventually found). Rarely do people treat your personal problem as seriously as if it were their own, but Trey did and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Great job, Trey! And if Papa’s Pizza has an Employee of the Month, I nominate you. THANK YOU!

We drove out after a recommendation and were expecting something amazing. The piggy bread was pretty good but the pizza was somewhat bland, the sauce was very red almost like it came from a can and no seasonings were added. I have had some delicious pizzas from around the country so maybe it’s not a fair review but if they stepped it up a bit I’d drive the 45 minutes weekly! We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a half chz half sausage pizza and the bread. The order was ready when we got there and it was correct. Staff was friendly I was just expecting more flavor from sauce. The pizza to my family and me was just ok.

I enjoyed my visit. I wanted a veggie pie. There were too many toppings that were high moisture – so much so that the crust came apart it was so wet. I had to eat it with a fork. It also needed salt. Still, I happily ate it. It wasn’t bad, it just needs a little work. Next time I’ll give them directions as to how I want it done. Every once in a while, the staff needs to fix & eat every pie on the menu so they know what to do & what not to do. It makes for a better customer experience.

By far the biggest and best pizza I’ve ever seen and eaten! Pictured below is a XL Philly steak and cheese half bbq and half ranch! You guys are amazing We will DEFINITELY be back! If I could give you 1,00000 stars I so would, the two girls in there were super sweet and presented AMAZING customer service!

I’m a red sauce person, so I always order extra sauce and have them push it back to cook it a little extra. If you love red sauce – definitely ask for it this way!
