i go to Jack’s for breakfast five days a week. Wanted to tell you about one of my experiences back when it was snowing and ice there was a car stuck sticking out from the parking lot to the street and it just died. The employees of Jack’s decided to help get the vehicle out of the street by pushing it and had a customer going through the drive-through with jumper cables to jump it off. I decided to help push the vehicle back and what made this experience so amazing was all the employees was all females

I love Jack’s restaurant. The manager, Daniel is young and ambitious but always caring and professional. The value for the food is very good and the restaurant is always clean. They have the best ice cream.! Yum!!❤️ thank you, Jack’s for being one of the best parts of Fayetteville, Tennessee. See you again very soon .

This Jack’s location is always a mystery bag when we order food here. We either have missing items, or barely warm food, or food with NO seasoning at all.
Today I thought maybe, just maybe if I ordered through the app (for the first time ever) that the order would be done correctly, however that was not the case.
A computer glitch perhaps? Ordered the Bigger Jack combo with large fries and large unsweet tea. On my app order it shows that I ordered Mayo and Mustard with extra cheese.
What I got was a very DRY burger with NO MAYO and NO MUSTARD. The meat was overcooked.
Customer service was good, and they said they made the food fresh. The fries didn’t taste fresh but they were okay.
I could not even chew the rubbery dry meat in the burger though. I literally only took one bite, and then spit it out it was so bad.
I have had this same burger before and it was great, but not sure what happened today. Even the printed receipt didn’t say anything about Mayo or Mustard. Wondering if that even went through to the store.
So disappointed. I didn’t have time to go complain to the store so I just went home without having a sandwich, but I still ate the fries even though there was NO seasoning on them… half of those were old and not ediable, so I only ended up eating half of them.
These fast food places want dine-in prices for their food but can’t even give you something edible.
Very disappointed.
I can’t even really afford to eat out and this was my first time in awhile eating out and I probably will not be anymore after this. Total waste of money.

The BEST breakfast in town!!! The BEST STAFF! They always make me feel like I’m part of their Jacks family and go out of their way to do so! Cynthia, Ashley, Princess and some new ones are absolutely precious!!!

I think it’s time to give Jack’s a long break!!!! Everytime I attempt to go thru the drive thru. I am told to pull up and then I wait and wait and eventually I have to go inside to get my food. It is sitting on the counter!!! No one speaks to me. Horrible management and lacking customer service. This place needs a do over!!!!

They shorted me some food from my order. The manager called me later on the phone and apologized and corrected my order. Im so thankful for her integrity and correcting the order. I will definitely be back.

Best biscuits in town… I’m not a fan of fried chicken so I can’t speak on that. I’m a huge burger fan my only complaint about jacks burgers is the cheese is never melted. I do however really like the chicken fingers and the come back sauce…. and by all means get a chocolate chip cookie. They are awesome…. iced coffee is also very good.
