Culinaria exquisito!!! Today is a great day to dine in! Forget “Taco Tuesday” this is worthy of Taco Everyday! We ordered counter service and dined in yesterday.
The establishment has a clean industrial feel and our server (possibly the owner?) was friendly and attentive.
This place is dedicated to creating authentic flavorful cuisine with fresh ingredients. We ordered beef tacos and beef nachos and every last bite was bursting with flavor! The beef was melt in your mouth delicious. They have a few different sauces to choose from. We tried both mild and spicy. Both were flavor filled and the spicy was just enough to complement the tacos whilst not overpowering them.
Seriously guys, go now before this place becomes such a hot spot that you have wait in line. Their website boasts unforgettable flavor and I couldn’t agree more! We can’t wait to come back and try the roasted chicken! Thank you!!!

My first time in this restaurant and I tried to order 1/2 chicken white and dark and was told, they only had dark. So, I ordered 1/2 dark meat with 2 side, along with 2 orders of chicken Alfredo. I get all the way home and I was only given 1/4 of dark meats and was charged for a 1/2. I should have checked the food, but of course the chicken was the last box in the bag. I’m very disappointed with paying for food, I did not receive. I will not return or recommend.

I’m currently a student living on campus at Towson and we’ve been needing a place like Caliente that offers a variety of different foods for a good price! I normally order the 1/4 chicken with the fried rice and beans and it’s phenomenal every time. The wings are also very fresh and great sized-hard to find this quality of wings these days. The birria quesadillas are also excellent. Great service, staff is extremely nice. Even when they were about to close, and I order shortly before, they served us with no problem. Keep up the good work, definitely the best place to eat right now Uptown! Wish you all stayed open until 2AM for late nights lol.

This was my first time here. I ordered 1/4 chicken (dark meat) with green beans and Yucca fries. Everything was delicious. Chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Green beans are my favorite vegetable so I’m not too picky with those. The yucca fries were fresh from the fryer- nice and hot. I got all 3 sauces and I don’t know which is my favorite. All are amazing.

I recently visited Caliente and was blown away by the phenomenal Lomo Saltado and the Sweet and Spicy wings—both these dishes were phenomenal, flavorful, and truly memorable.
Gia and Nayeli provided exceptional customer service, answering all my questions with warmth and friendliness, which enhanced my overall dining experience.
Additionally, the menu had an wide variety of high-quality items that all looked extremely delicious, and I look forward to visiting Caliente again in the near future to try the Birria Tacos as they looked amazing on the menu.

Me and my dad were one of the first ones to taste this restaurants food. And I can honestly say the food is immaculate! Even my dad who is picky loved it. I ordered the chicken quesadillas. It had the right about of cheese chicken and peppers. My dad had the burrito bowl with chicken. Everything was cooked nicely and seasoned well.

Fall head over heels for this fall off the bone Peruvian chicken spot. The chicken was moist, tender, with skin cripsed to perfection. The Peruvian sauces paired well with all on my plate. The Yucca Fries a staple golden and crispy, the Brussels Sprouts were a surprisingly delicious pair on my plate. Definitly took the bones home to make winter soup.

Really good experience. The food did exactly what it was supposed to do. Friendly and attentive service. A lot of room inside the restaurant (with a tv) although we didn’t stay and eat there. Could be a good hangout for the bros on a game or fight night.

I’ve been on the hunt for a great cheesesteak so when I noticed that this place just opened and had it on the menu, I had to try. When I tell you it’s the best cheesesteak I have had. The perfect amount of steak, cheese and mayo. It was SO good. I would definitely come back for it. Can’t wait to try more things! 10/10 Caliente!
