The lady that works, there is very nice and the store is usually very clean compared to most subways. I’ve been to they don’t always have soup. I’d call ahead before you head that way just in case but other than that pretty good service.

Not sure when “any” stopped meaning any. But that’s the case here. Only 5 basic coldcuts/veggie apply to all the coupons they themselves sent out. Weird printed white store posted under the menu for it.

The app sent a message to say happy birthday and said I could get a free cookie on my birthday (woohoo, like a free cookie is a big deal, right?). I stopped in, opened my app, a graphic popped up saying I get a free cookie. I clicked on it and could not find how or where on the app I got my free cookie. I asked the one gal in the store for help. It was like she did not want me asking her anything, almost like she spoke very little and very simple English but what I was asking was something she did not understand. I don’t know that is the case, but that is how it felt. I stood there by the cash register trying to find on my app how to get my free cookie. I must have stood there for 10 – 15 minutes before I asked her again where on the app I can go to get my free cookie for my birthday. Again, she did not help me and I felt ignored. I went to leave without buying anything and she politely said “Thank you for coming in.” That was nice of her but it was like she is well trained to do a very few things right but can do nothing she is not trained to do because of a language barrier. Again, I am only guessing that is the problem. I went onto Subway corporate website and registered a complaint. About 5 days later, I got an email from someone who said he was a manager. I do not know if he is the store manager or a manager up the chain of command. His response was like it had been copied straight from the corporate manual or something. I have been a loyal customer for several decades and my loyalty kept me as a good customer to the Subway brand for a long time through their ups and downs. I travel a lot and go to Subways all over the country. This all came down to a lousy free cookie offered to me for my birthday which I never got but the whole incident on my birthday soured me so much, I guess you can say it was the last straw and I will no longer be a loyal Subway fan.

Went to pick up my online order and was told it had already been picked up. When I explained that it had not been since I was just arriving, I was asked to show my phone with the order, which I did. I was then told that the order I was showing was for Jeff (me) and not for George (the order that was picked up). I had to explain multiple times that I was not George and I was there to get the order for Jeff. This went on and on until suddenly the lady I was dealing with looked over, picked up my order receipt, and said she would make my order. Once the order was made it was sat on the counter and the lady went to the back of the store without saying a thing to me.

I should have known the way this was going to double check the order before I left but I didn’t do it. So, it really was not a surprise to get home and find that my ordered and paid for 12″ sandwich was actually only a 6″ and that the order of “Less onion” was somehow read as put every onion possible on it. Also somehow the ordered double chocolate cookie was read to only be a regular chocolate chip cookie. I tried to call the store, I checked first and it was not past their closing time, and with no surprise nobody picked up the phone. There is no ability to leave a message, instead you eventually get a recording saying nobody is able to take the call and you will be disconnected. By the time this was all done it was to late to drive back to the store (and really I shouldn’t have to) so I dealt with the incorrect order I received.

This store doesn’t accept mail flyer coupons. I don’t expect everyone to always understand me, English isn’t the only language on the planet. However. When I hold the coupons out in front of someone and ask about one charge for two coupons, the intention should be clear. After making our order the sandwich artist tells us that coupons are not accepted and points in the general direction of the notice. I feel obligated to also mention that the broccoli cheddar soup was unavailable. But it was only supposed to be the soup of the day. I do by best to leave only objective reviews. This store did not live up to Subway’s standards.

Used to enjoy going here but the last several months, it’s gone down hill. For two people to eat here it’s close to $40. For TWO people to eat sandwiches! They skimp on meat, spreading it out to barely cover the bread, and all the toppings are barely put on. If you ask for more of something they get upset. It’s barely covering the bread and your charging me $40 I should be able to ask for more that 4 olive slices. I e watched a few subway sandwiches get made in front of my eyes over many years and its clear they are making less but charging more. It’s unfortunate, for those trying to make a healthier choice but having to pass it up bcs it’s a rip off. AND they won’t accept paper coupons (that have their address on it) or coupons from the subway app.

Yeah this place was okay I was a little disappointed that the bread was very dry but you know it could have easily been a four-star sandwich and then the wrong prices on the board so don’t expect to pay what’s on the board it’s going to be more so I think they said it was 8:15 819 what was the. I’m going to give them a 2 Star for that cuz that’s really a violation.

This is the 2nd time in a year I go in and order a d at checkout I have a coupon that stats clearly
Buy 1ft long get 1 50% off a ft long… after reading the coupon over and over it doesn’t say anywhere online only!!! The 1st guy was rude and just walked off on my and now this lady tonight say that subway does not have any offers like this I had my app open with my account pulled up and it said it right there on my phone, and she keep saying no and telling me my total. I really used to like subway but now I don’t think I’ll ever go back

The people that work at this Subway seem to be stuck in slow motion. Every time I have done to this particular store (even if there is only one person in front of me) its taken forever to get my food and get out of there. They will have two people staffed but only the slowest one if the two is able to help the customers. The other one has to stay in the back and look out once in a while (just to let you know there is someone back there, but nit going to help). The quality of the sandwich is decent, never had a bad sandwich?

I love this Subway and the staff that work here. I have been going to this Subway for 15 years. I’d give it a 5 star rating except twice now in the last 3 months they have not honored the discounts offered on the Subway app. Probably shouldn’t be a franchise owner if you don’t want to participate in the franchise promotions.
