I ordered the chicken and lamb platter, falafel, hummus with pita, and fries. While the platter was good, the rest of the order was disappointing. Both the falafel and hummus seemed spoiled — the batter had clearly gone bad, and the taste was off. The fries were plain, with no salt or flavor. Really expected better quality and freshness.

Food is so good that I keep coming back despite how mean the old lady who works there is. She’s overcharged me multiple times and will fight you for extra sauce. Food is so amazing that I’ll endure the abuse, especially because everyone else who works there is so incredibly kind .

I never had a gyro before and was confused on what it even was. The owner was very helpful and asked me questions to see what I would like best. I ended up getting the chicken gyro and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Everyone who works there is super nice and the atmosphere is super welcoming. I will be coming back here every-time I get the chance. It was also was cheaper than I expected it to be. I paid $10 for a very big gyro. I will be going back as much as my bank account allows me to.

Well, I was up in this part of the woods and looking for some good food and this popped up nearby… Great choice!! Delicious food!! It was so good I had lunch and dinner here, hahaha!!!! I had the chicken and rice and the chicken-lamb and rice, tabbouleh salad and the Mediterranean salad and hummus! Yes, I was hungry!! The food is fresh and the service was great! I only gave it 3 stars for the inside of the place, sorry folks, just not very exciting decor but it’s clean!

Amazing service & amazing food. We’ve eaten a few times at Yummy Kebab now and I must say that each time the food was amazing. Tonight (per usual), we got lamb over rice. Amazing. We decided to get dessert too: rice pudding, banana pudding and baklava. The best baklava and banana pudding we’ve ever had- without exaggeration. Thank you for such amazing service and food! Highly recommend!

The best Mediterranean food in the Poconos!
I ordered for pickup. There is great parking right outside the restaurant. When I got there, the restaurant was clean, new, and the people running it were really nice.
The Lamb and Chicken Platter over rice was AMAZING. It was seasoned perfectly, fresh, and the portions were big. They put a lot of meat on the platter, so I felt like I got my money’s worth.
I also got the Knafeh pastry, which was both delicious and authentic.
I grew up eating good Mediterranean food and this place is it. My new go-to. I’m also happy they are open until 1 AM Thurs-Sat.

We had amazing chopped cheese basically Philly cheesesteaks they were really amazing and we had loaded fries beef that was amazing chicken loaded fries was amazing. They had green apple Gatorade, which was a huge plus and they had Baja blast Mountain Dew. But most of all the service was awesome. This is THE BEST chicken & lamb over rice i’ve ever had so flavorful and delicious, the perfect amount of spice and seasoning. Very large portion, 100% worth the $15 and i will have leftovers. Really great spot for casual kebab and platters! Very clean and comfortable inside and really great service from the gentleman who was the cashier/waiter/line cook.
We both got chicken and lamb platters with baba ganoush on the side. The platters and homemade sauces were amazing (esp the green sauce!)! The baba ganoush was a bit too mild for me (I like baba made with deep smoked eggplant), but it was still tasty.
Definitely will be back when I have a craving while traveling in the Poconos!
