Very attentive service for an establishment in a mall food court.
We ordered takeout and were delayed a bit on our way home, took 40 minutes. Somehow the mom’s chicken sandwich and garlic shoyu wings held up well. We also ordered mozzarella sticks. The chicken sandwich was good and fresh chicken, not too salty or processed. The bread was solid, holding up on the monster sandwich. They did go a bit crazy on the raw onions. The wings were solid with plenty of garlic.
The mozzarella sticks were eaten, not our favorite.
The gentleman taking our order left an exceptional impression.
Prices are not cheap, however the quality is makes it a good value.
I do wish they had sweetened tea or a drink option other than soda.

Such an amazing experience. I believe Steven was the gentleman who took my order. He was very frendly and had some great recommendations. He recommended the creamy ranch flavor and it was very good! Garlic shoyu is always a great option. The chicken was very fresh and cooked to order. Very crispy and juicy! Well definitely be adding this place to my list of places to come back to regularly!

I’ve been eating/following Steve’s Chicken since their last two locations. The staff is always super friendly, and the food is always great. It’s all about their chicken – it’s got the right breading, crisp, and texture plus it’s juicy. There’s not much more you can ask for when it comes to chicken!

Bland and soggy chicken samwhich with fries that taste like McDonald’s but in a bad way. $25 for that meal. When asking for a refill it was an extra $1.30. If you’re craving a chicken samwhich go to Popeyes, if you hate yourself go here.

If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, Steve’s Chicken is it! The taste is truly exceptional, and the sandwiches are out of this world. Each sandwich comes with two thick, juicy pieces of chicken that are perfectly cooked—honestly, the best I’ve had in a long time. Beyond the amazing food, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You feel right at home with the friendly staff who make sure you have a great experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend Steve’s Chicken enough, both for the delicious meals and the incredible customer care!

We’ve been eating Korean-style fried chicken wings since before it was a thing. Wanted to try this place since the sign looked bright and pretty, plus it replaced Churches Fried Chicken, which only me and my family seemed to appreciate .
We were feeding a party of 9 so we got a couple of plates with 3 different varieties. Maybe 4. The snow flavor seemed to be the most popular among our family, but we honestly liked all of em. Pieces were all good pieces (not the kind with the rubbery hardness that sometimes slips thru at other known places.
Best thing about this place is the service. Pearlridge parking was nuts on this day with all of the craft people emptying into the parking lot, so the wife jumped out and was going to pick it up. Wasn’t too heavy of a package, but the owner guy actually walked her out and carried the food for her to make it easier for her.
Needless to say, we’ll be back.

OMG this is the most legit Korean wings I’ve tasted in Hawaii – coming from an authentic 100% Korean who lived in Korea!
The crispiness, the sauce, and the juice of the meat were all . I am EXTREMELY lucky to leave nearby so I can enjoy this often. Their spicy chicken wings are really spicy (spicier than buldak) and their sandwiches are ginormous. You will not be disappointed. Also, the owner, Steve sajangneem was very kind. This is now my favorite Korean chicken go-to!

My husband first had their chicken sandwich (aka “Mom’s Chicken Sandwich”) a while ago and kept raving about it. He always orders it when he passes thru Pearlridge. I finally took a bite tonight and all I can say is “WOW!” I ended up eating his other half! It truly is the BEST chicken sandwich we’ve ever had. And yes, we’ve tasted chicken sandwiches in other states. The chicken is crispy (not oily), the veggies & bread is fresh, and the sauce is chef’s kiss! My husband wanted to add that kudos to the owner Steve! He and his staff are always super friendly!

We were skeptical on where to eat because there’s so many options at the Pearlridge Mall food court, but as soon as we saw the young man at the register smiling and welcoming us to view the menu at Steve’s Chicken, we decided to give it a try and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. The chicken wings and sandwich were so flavorful & the portions are very generous and filling. An older gentleman came out and complimented my son and the overall customer service was impeccable; spot on quality service. I got the regular and garlic shoyu wings and they were finger lickin’ good…. Literally. Mahalo for the service and great food. I highly recommend.
