We had a waffle, wheat and white toast, crispy bacon , coffee ☕️, eggs fried hard, eggs scrambled with cheese, plain hashbrowns, hashbrowns smothered covered and scattered, and water. All of the food was cooked to perfection. Cody, our waitress, was great. She was very attentive and friendly. All of this was $27. Oh yea, I played some great southern soul and blues hits on the juke box.

I honestly came to get me a nice breakfast to clear my mind… The food was good however it’s kind of hard to enjoy the atmosphere when all you can do is hear workers gossiping… it saddens me that they find pleasure in talking about how people cry when they are denied they’re job back… Times are hard there’s nothing funny about that to me … it was a heavy set white guy and a black lady with a eyebrow piercing…. No one wants to come in and eat and listen to a bunch of gossip.. it only makes me think about how the work environment is here… it really irritated me badly… there was this other worker there his name tag said Joseph… He stayed busy kept his hands on something and didn’t partake in the gossip ..

I went there at about 5AM yesterday. I sat down, and the first thing that happened was one coworker was cussing at another coworker for something he supposedly did wrong when calculating a total. The one cussing and haranguing the other was probably in his 30s or so, and the other coworker couldn’t have been more than 20 years of age. The amount of the disrespect shown to that kid was unbelievable. The kid was obviously new at the job and probably the service sector in general, but nobody deserves to be talked to like that. Completely unacceptable.
