This Dunkin’ on Old Bethpage Road is fantastic, especially if you need a custom order! We needed donuts for a high school event, and Chris the owner was incredibly helpful. He guided us on the best flavors and fillings that students would love. The “logo” donuts in our school colors looked amazing and everything was fresh, delicious, and ready exactly on time for pickup. Highly recommend this spot for great service and custom catering!

The angels themselves would be unable to sing praises pertaining the efficacy of their pastry and caffeinated drink crafting and sheer enjoyment this establishment provide me from my usually weekly vist at sun up. A confluence of kindred donut making artisans manufacture your meals to perfection whilst you wait in a sedentary position enjoy the buzz of society functioning but your wait is not one of an extended duration but rather expedited. The holy priests and priestess of the donut variety bids you farewell with enthusiasm with your various confectionery and/or drink. Truly a gem in these trying times.

Very bad experience at this location this morning. I walked in and wished good morning to a person behind the counter..he just nodded and went about doing his work. Another gentleman walked up after me and this person behind the counter greets him by name and starts getting his usual order ready. I was surprised and told him that I was there before him. He then tells me “sorry I thought you were Ubereats”. In a state like New York, where you have a place open to public, how can you as a food service employee make assumptions? Besides the fact that both the employee and the customer hurling profanities at me. I work at a local business in Old Bethpage. I hope the owners of this store see this review
