Decent food for the price. Though one Wed night I was able to get pancakes for dinner which I loved. Then on Sat at 11 am we couldn’t get anything but lunch/ dinner because breakfast ended at 10:45 am. Must be depending on the waitress is what they allow. This is a decent place to eat though all in all. Had some meals better than other here so I went with the average of them.

Place has a lot of southern food. A lot however, unfortunately is store bought and not home made as one would expect at a place such as this. A great multitude of deserts. Especially ice cream and related items.
The staff, especially management, could use some improving. Much of that however has to with the immaturity and inexperience of the management; a young “kid”. The owner(s) could do a little better to insure cleanliness… and impose better attitudes on themselves which might very well become infectious to other staff and then you have a happy crew. It’s always fun to be able to have fun and laugh when at work. And be serious when the occasion demands.
There is a young white male that is very very respectful. Seems to be a hard worker. Given more responsibility, as a former manager, I see this kid rising to the occasion and above.

We came for breakfast and it was out of this world. I had the breakfast platter of 2 eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and toast and hubby had 3 BIG pancakes and sausage. Coffee was free with mine. Hubby had water. Our bill was less than $11 and it was delicious. Neither of us could finish it all. Great service and atmosphere. We will be back soon.

Stopped in after seeing their advertisement at an event. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service very much. Only thing that could make It better would be vegetarian options. Or, even just a veggie sandwich or burger. The grilled cheese was good, but the only option other than salad.

I just love how Bantam Chef is now “Knight’s Cafe” since it has a new owner and obviously when the restaurant got switched over, the customer service changed as well. When a customer calls asking for a hot dog and you tell them that you no longer serve hot dogs, that’s fine. When the customer goes in the restaurant and orders and waits on their order and overhears all of the waitresses making fun of the girl who called wanting a damn hot dog, that’s messed up! You lost my business for good.

I will not be eating there again, unless there is a HUGE difference made! The Establishment was not clean, the windows and windowsills were filthy, I asked after my husband ordered at the counter bc of one waitress for a cup of ranch and a cup of mayonnaise, the cup of mayonnaise had a mix of something in it, I showed it to the owners wife, her response was it was something that came off of a spatula, my response was that the health department would shut them down had they seen that filth, she apologized, and went to get a clean spatula to get mayonnaise with only mayonnaise, my husband and I decided to go eat dinner elsewhere and asked the waitress to pls cancel our order…..

Place has pretty good breakfast. If you come here I recommend the fried chicken or chicken wings. Those are the best things here.
Don’t waste your time with the burgers though. There’s no taste. Especially the pimento cheese burgers.

The food is so so. Morning service is terrible, the waitress is beyond rude and should not be working around people. The Friday night seafood buffet is good if you don’t mind dropping $60 for 2 people and then waiting 30 minutes to check out.

Great food and prices aren’t bad. Wonderful place for family and friends can eat and spend time with each without being rushed to eat and leave. DAVID AND SUE are family and they treat stranger like family. You wouldn’t regret going there it’s a wonderful place plus if they mess up your order they fix it right away and food alway hot.
