Two months ago, I was bragging on this place. Not Anymore! I bought a pizza on Sunday, and when I got home you could not remove the pizza from the box without cutting force from a pie spatula. The crust was stuck to the box about 2/3 of the pizza! The crust tasted old and stale! This is absolutely the worst pizza I have ever purchased at any pizza location. See attached picture! Still waiting on call from local management! Obviously they don’t take their customers concerns seriously!

I don’t get all the bad reviews. I called in an order and the interaction was friendly and swift. When I went to pick up my pizza, it was perfectly made and cut normal like Pizza Hut always does ♀️ I will definitely be coming back!

Ordered online. The order was for a 5 topping pizza and a chicken wing box. They only sent 3 chicken wings instead of 6 and wanted to argue about the website. They offered to make the 3 extra wings but I wasn’t driving 20 miles for 3 wings. The pizza was a 5 topping. One topping was banana peppers. On a pizza with 8 slices, there were 12 slices of banana pepper. Next time ill go down the street. I didn’t take pics bc I was so mad.

If you are a cut and paste person, review the answer it gave. 12 slices of banana pepper was one slice of pepper per slice and a single pizza slice had 4 slices of pepper. If i could give this post a negative, I would. They are rude at that window. How did we suppose to know they only done online orders. We’re from out of town. For the past like 4-5 years, it seems that Pizza Huts all over have been hit or miss. Mostly from a cooking time perspective, seems like 70% of the time the pizzas aren’t cooked all the way through and if you try to adjust by ordering your pizza well done, that too is inconsistent, often ending up with a burnt crust. Last year, I was ordering pizza hut occasionally, just so I could portion and freeze the par-baked pizzas. Treating them like frozen pizzas, baking around 425-450, 10-15min on a pampered chef stone.
Earlier this week however, my brother and I ordered a large meat lovers pan pizza well done, and it was the best we’ve had in years.

This is my local Pizza Hut so I order here often. Food is always hot and fresh. Any issue I’ve ever had, RICH, never fails to handle it quickly and is always pleasant to deal with!! The cinnamons rolls and stuffed crust are a 10/10
