This is my new favorite sushi place in New Orleans! Service was great and very personal. We sat at the sushi counter. Fish was SO fresh. Specials were awesome. The monkfish liver pate was amazing. My favorite had to be the scallop. We will definitely return!!

The best sushi we’ve had in New Orleans (maybe anywhere). My partner has celiac and they can accommodate almost all menu items GF, we typically sit at the sushi bar and have always had incredible service. Amazing local neighborhood gem.

The most unbelievable sushi I’ve ever had. We’ve been here at least 5 times and every time is better than the last.
Make sure to sit at the sushi bar and order from the chefs. They will take great care of you! Their toro with Uni butter is insane.
Cannot recommend this place more!

A small but classy sushi bar on Magazine Street in Lower Garden near the Hotel Saint Vincent. There really aren’t that many sushi places in NOLA, but it’s good to have this one in the neighborhood. Very friendly sushi chefs here. It’s very popular with folks in the area. The menu is quite unique with prepared sushi plates as well as nigiri. They even had stone crabs as a special the night I visited.

Delicious and fresh sushi and hand rolls.
This is not the place for cheap and fast sushi. But the prices reflect the quality you’ll get. Some of the best and freshest sushi in the city.
Sunday afternoon happy hour is the way to go for a deal also.
Space is tight, so if the weather isn’t nice enough to sit outside, best to go early or make a reservation.

Love the creativity and variety with the sushi options. Started with the aguachile, ordered the Muay Thai, and ended with the chefs selection. All dishes were beautifully plated and fresh ingredients were used throughout. Love the cozy atmosphere, wonderful menu selections, and service was warm and friendly. Can’t wait to stop in again

To set your expectations, we had a high bill at the end of the night, but for GOOD REASON. We asked for the special Japanese imported sushi and it was incredibly high quality and delicious. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was a pivotal moment to how I appreciate high grade sushi. The bar has been raised, and the chefs’ preparation excelled at making the fish the hero. Don’t expect flamboyant special rolls you’d get from your comfort sushi restaurant, which there is a time and place for. For my sashimi, nigiri, and temaki lovers, this place is for you.
