We were driving from atlanta to athens and stopped at Kim’s for a quick late lunch. Boy are we glad we did! The menu was extensive and very reasonable for lunch. I ordered the shrimp po boy sandwich with soup and it was really really good. My husband got the shrimp plate. The last who helped us was super friendly and nice as well. The bathrooms were clean amd stocked.

I am a foodie and this place is one of my favorites of all times! The food has always been amazing and flavorful which keeps me coming back for more and more! You definitely get plenty for your money along with extraordinary service! They greet all their customers and constantly check on you to see if you need anything! When I came in with my niece she said the waitress named Taylor was her best friend and she was so kind to her that my niece wanted to stay! If I could give them 10 Stars I would for their friendly service, great food, honesty, and cleanliness!

Wonderful little seafood restaurant! The place was clean and all the staff was super friendly. We ordered a boil with mussels, shrimp, snow crabs, and crawfish, with corn, broccoli, potatoes, and boiled eggs, in the garlic butter sauce. The food was so fresh and cooked perfectly! Kim suggested the shack sauce so she brought some out…it was amazing, very flavorful! The price was VERY reasonable and there was so much food!!! Will definitely go back. Can’t wait to try other items… though it will be hard to not order that boil again!

I have had nothing but amazing food and service at Kim’s. Finally great seafood in Monroe. My family loves the boils. We cant get enough. We love their general manager, she is always sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!

The food is absolutely stellar! I would say to go with the boiled options over fried. We had the fried seafood platter, boiled crawfish and boiled shrimp. Although the fried platter was delicious (especially the shrimp), the boiled dishes stole the show!
Mallory was our waitress, and she did an awesome job! She was very attentive and worked hard. Beverly was also super sweet and helpful! Definitely making a trip back 🙂

I have to say how much I Kim’s. I would leave 10 if it were possible! The servers are polite and very helpful. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had a shack platter and a shrimp Buffalo salad. LOVELY! The atmosphere was delightful.

Wow, where should I start! mSo many great things to say about Kim’s Seafood! My first time going was November 8th and I’ve been there three times since in the matter of 3 days, one day twice because it was so good I had to bring someone back with me! It was so good I couldn’t keep it to myself and had to share it with someone from New Orleans! Let’s say she’s addicted and kept saying wow this really is great!
Last night I went back with my husband who is also from New Orleans then he tried it and was blown away! I had the crabs with the potatoes and corn with a medium Kim’s sauce and now I can’t have it any other way because it was so delicious!
The prices are extremely reasonable; so reasonable I even suggest big groups!
I’m very big on how clean a restaurant is & friendly service! Every time I was blown away! My first waitress who was also my second, made great suggestions and checked on me constantly and the last time it was a young gentleman and he was so pleasant and even did karaoke with me, my favorite! The manager constantly made sure I was okay as well which truly makes you feel volume even more! This is the best seafood restaurant that I’ve ever been to which is a lot, even in different countries and I will continually to support and go to Kim’s! I wish I can give them more than five stars!

What a first experience at Kim’s crab shack, all of the staff except for the servers was an absolute joke. Some of the food came out in decent timing, the rest came out like 15 mins later. The staff blamed the kitchen for the terrible service and said they one of the cooks
Walked out on them. The owners daughter was the “general manager” and couldn’t get the checks right or count money, double charged multiple people in our group. They suggested that next time we visit that we go to the counter and pay the bill instead of the waitress taking care of it. After this, the general manager and kitchen manager came out and explained what was happening and made excuses for what was going on. Terrible management and the daughter of the owner smelled like dirty laundry and hot garbage with no exaggeration, awful hygiene to be serving people in the food industry. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant and will never eat there again.

Well, we had to see what the all the 5 star reviews were about. This is a better Juicy Crab. I had the special which was 12 grilled shrimp, zucchini and squash, red potatoes, and added a house salad. $14.50. Hubby had the special 1/2 pound each crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish. Subbed the crawfish out for more shrimp. $32. Comes boiled in the bag. He got the medium flavor which was plenty spicy, but not too hot that it ruins the flavor. This was well worth the price. Everything was cooked perfectly. The quality of the meal was high, better than every meal we had at the beach last week. This restaurant is going to be a hot ticket if it catches on. No one around is offering what they are. You will not be disappointed.
