I normally don’t care for birria made with goat meat. But I tried theirs and it was really good. The service was really awesome too. Karina took our order and checked on us throughout our visit. She was super nice and helpful. The inside of the place needs some remodeling but other than that service and food was good.

First time coming here & I was very pleased by how friendly & polite the staff is. Very authentic place! My family & I got Quesabirria tacos plate, Enchiladas Verde plate, & Gorditas de Chicharrón plate everything was really delicious & hot! I also got an agua fresca de jamaica really refreshing & homemade! I recommend coming here your taste buds are in for a surprise!

The food is amazing, so full of flavor. Try the queso birria Goat tacos. The Menudo is clean, and the meat is tender. The people working are so sweet. I have had the potato tacos and the pastor tacos. My husband got the Menudo. Excellent

Really wanted to like this place, close to home and looked really good. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back because the meat in our burrito and fries was extremely old. VERY hard, VERY dry, as if it’s been heated up multiple times.

I’m driving thru town on a holiday weekend. Most places are closed, but I found this spot open. Restaurant is tiny but very welcoming. The lady at the counter was very helpful. We ordered a ham torta, and 3 tacos de carne adobada, 2 glasses of cucumber water. Food was delightful, to say the least. Agua de pepino was delicious. The only complaint is that there is no ac in the restaurant. Outside temp was over 100° The inside was no better, and in the restroom, they asked not to throw tissue in the toilet. I’m not sure what this city’s water treatment facilities are like, but I hope they are not at Durango’s standards. Aside from that, I would return for the food.

So there we were driving to Las Vegas when we had a sudden hankering for Mexican food (…probably ’cause we’re Mexican). I checked Google maps and randomly picked this restaurant.
The young lady at the counter was super friendly and professional. She graciously answered all our questions and quickly brought our food out.
I ordered three tacos, one asada, one al pastor, and one breaded fish taco. They were all really good. I often judge Mexican restaurants by their al pastor, and this was an A-. That’s a very high score for me.
My youngest son had the taquitos which he said he really liked (in fairness, I asked him if he liked it and be nodded and grunted so I guess he was enjoying his food).
My other son had a bean and cheese burrito. He judges restaurants by the quality of the BRC. The burrito was almost finished before the plate hit the table so I took that as a good sign.
The dining area has around 5 tables. It was clean and nicely decorated.
There is one bathroom requiring a key from the cashier. The bathroom was surprisingly clean (I say surprisingly because most hole in the wall Mexican restaurants aren’t the best and keeping the restrooms clean).
The restaurant was attached to another business and only had 5 parking spots plus a handicapped spot. It wasn’t a problem for us since we were not there during normal lunch hours. If they were all full, the next door shopping area had a big parking lot we could have used.
My wife and I usually stop at Peggy Sue’s on the way to vegas. I’m gonna have to introduce her to this place. I will definetly be going back.

Best Mexican food in town!! Absolutely amazing service and food!! Worth every penny and it’s nothing but phenomenal the service and food. Elsa was very attentive, and helpful explained all the different food to choose from She made sure all of our questions were answered and constantly checked in on us.

The food is amazing. I had their pozole since it’s my favorite and very few places make it well. Problem solved I found my pozole spot. I came back the next day to try their tacos. The food is great and the service is awesome. Give this place a try if you like authentic Mexican food
