I have never once came to a Norms where it was so friendly, and the service was AMAZING, 100/10. I would definitely be coming back! Our server, Guille was such a sweetheart and a doll. She went above and beyond to make sure we were very taken care of. Her service and comprehension was just above and beyond. I appreciate her for her patience and her attention to details. Will be coming back and request for her.

Even though it was busy, we were seated very quickly. Our server Liz was very sweet and helpful. Her energy was positive and brought the atmosphere up. I got the lumberjack breakfast and a coffee. As a coffee fiend, I appreciated that Lizbeth and the other staff members came to check and refill on our coffee. They brought pancakes instead of French toast but were very quick and positive in fixing my order. Overall very satisfied with the experience and will be more than happy to return just because of the staff!

Surprisingly awesome. We had Zaira as our server who was super attentive and kind. The food came out hot and fast. Everything was yummy. We got the tenders and burger. Both were good and you can’t beat the value especially when you consider the service at a sit down diner vs what you pay for fast food for the same or worse quality.

My server Claudia was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and checked in on us without being overbearing. She definitely made the experience at Norms better. I’d be happy to have her as my server again!
