So we order from here a bit since moving to the area we will no longer be doing so. They sent us the pizza below with quite literally no red sauce on it… and refused to replace the order with a properly made pizza. It’s absolutely unacceptable. She stated it’s because they are busy they won’t replace the pizza.
I have never had a pizzeria refuse to replace a pizza that had no red sauce on it. Never ordering here again terrible customer service, I recommend anyone who orders here go somewhere else

My husband ordered for us and I picked up. The man on the phone was very rude to him because he asked him to repeat the price, and after he said okay, he hung up without giving a time. I went to pick up around 25 minutes later and he said 30-35 minutes, so I said okay. I cam e back inside and he had it ready to go. When I got home and opened the box, it was weird. We ordered Pepperoni and you can tell he just forgot, slapped it on after it was baked, added more cheese, and heated it to melt the cheese a bit more. The pizza was cold and we ended up having to throw most of it away. Didn’t even try for a refund based on the other reviews. I’m very sorry to say we won’t be back. We love this chain, but this location seems poorly run.

These guys were tools. Went in ordered pizza waited for it. Gave me an amount like 27.44. So I hand them 30 bucks and he gives me back 3 dollars. Then stares at me like hes got a problem. Informs me that he had no change and that he paid me over. We look at each other. “you have no change what do you want? I ask” Just attitude. Another time they deliver to house and the driver as he comes up to door is on phone with some chick hes talking to and not really caring too much about the pizza because when I went back in house with it it was crushed to side of box. I think this place was a front for something else because they sure werent trying to operate a food place. Been closed all this year and Im sure for a good reason.

I have ordered from here for the past 13 years and have always loved it along with anyone who ate it at my home. The past 4 times I’ve ordered have been so bad. Pizza has looked like it was sitting out all day, wings were still raw on the inside and fries looked microwaved and were cold. This last time was literally the last straw.. there was Teflon on the bottom of the pizza and they tried to give me 25% off my next pizza! I had to argue for a new pizza and they wouldn’t deliver it since I didn’t pay for delivery. It’s sad to say but my family and I have to find a different pizza place.

I ordered on tuesday 11/21/23 from menuify online and when my pizza never came contacted the restaurant. Realized they were closed! Never got my food, still got charged $67 and when I contacted menuify they said they were reach out to the restaurant for a refund and then never heard back. This place must be out of its mind to still charge me $67 for pizza I never got when they weren’t even opened and not give a refund. I have been going there every week for years. I will never give them another dime. The pizza went down hill after new owners, and now they rip people off and steal peoples money. Real good job! Not! Do not buy there, now I have to dispute it with my credit card bc like hell they are getting money for nothing!

known for the best thin crust and it is the best pizza i ever had! i recommend it! I order every other week and great customer services and delivery drives are good as well. when i order i always ask what deal i can get and then give me coupons on my order. family owned restaurant and all so very nice! when i thought about papa saverios i think about just pizza but they have way more other foods then i expected! the ribs and gyros are so good too! appetizers are all so good! Love the calamari! and the breaded mushrooms. I recommend it to EVERYONE!

The last three times I ordered here they got the order wrong. The first time it was whatever. The second time I was there to pickup my order I was asked to wait because they accidentally gave my food to the wrong customer and that that customer was on his way back with my order. The third time my order was missing the extra ingredients I was charged for. I was told by the manager that instead of reimbursing me I would be given a free pizza next time I order. When I did try ordering what I was promised, they did not Honor their word.

The pizza at this place is very good but it takes forever. Every time I’ve ordered, they’ve told me a time and I’ve still had to wait 10-15 minutes. Pizza places are a dime a dozen, for this place to take a step ahead, they really need to put more effort in speeding up order without losing the quality
Another note, every time I’ve come here, the front end is empty. The cashier is always in the back talking to the cooks…

Ordered no green pepper, I guess they thought I said no sauce.
It was literally crust with about a tablespoon of sauce, plenty of cheese, maybe 1 sliced mushroom and half a cup total of sausage & onion on a 18″. There were actually pieces that were crust & cheese only. The bad part is, it would have actually been really good if they had put sauce & toppings on it.
Just go to Aldi get 2 (mega) or 3 (regular size) of their bake at home pizzas. They would be about the same price & they have toppings.
And yes, everybody has bad days so I give places 2 tries. This was worse than the first time I ordered from there.

I love ordering here. Their pizza is awesome. Our family really enjoys anything we get here whether it’s pizza, salad, or breaded mushrooms.
The staff are nice, and the food is always very good. We will keep coming back for sure.
