Run don’t walk. This food truck-turned brick-and-mortar family-run business is elevating the breakfast burrito game in Fort Collins. The service from Momma Perez herself and her son was wonderful. The food is the show-stopper, though. Locally sourced beans from right here in NOCO that were great and a green chili from Pueblo chili that left my mouth watering. The cinnamon rolls I didn’t manage to get a picture of cause I couldn’t put my fork down long enough. The breakfast burritos were awesome, with great tortillas, and good even consistency throughout. Presenting a great balance of ingredients that keeps you wanting to go back for another bite. So if you’re over your boring old burrito place or don’t feel like waiting an hour for a table at First Watch, pop over and say hello to the burrito revelation that is Momma Perez Burritos.

I order from here several times a month to provide breakfast during training sessions. Jessica and her team are always very accommodating and incredibly kind when I come in. And the burritos? Only the best in town! You’d be hard pressed to find a better breakfast burrito in Northern Colorado. My field team looks forward to my meetings every month just for the burritos!

The burritos are amazing, the service is amazing, everyone is SO friendly. My lady and I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles smiles and “welcome in”. 10/10 will be eating again. Also you’ve got to try their green chile!!! Amazing.

Very friendly and welcoming. We got the sausage breakfast burrito and bacon breakfast burrito which were really solid. Spontaneously went for the cinnamon roll which was delicious. For the price you can’t beat it. Nice work, Mama Perez.

The burritos are SOOOOO good when you done in & have them smothered on green chile salsa & cheese that I feel sorry for people who do takeout; I just can’t believe they get the whole marvellous experience of what surely are the best burritos in 49 states. And the whole crew is so friendly & welcoming.
The dining area is pretty basic but comfortable and clean. Easy to relax and take your time. Never seen it too crowded for that.

I use to be a breakfast sandwich kind of gal before I had Momma Perez’s burritos! The breakfasts burritos are phenomenal, and the green chile is so delicious, I usually buy extra to take home. I definitely recommend this place for a quick and tasty breakfast!
And I can’t forgot about how friendly the staff are! Jessica has always been so nice everytime I come in, which is every week.

This little burrito shop will quickly become your local favorite! The flavors and textures here are top-notch, while still being at a great price point for the high level of quality. Their pork carnitas are to die for, their salsas are absolutely delicious, and their tortillas might be some of the best I’ve had in the area.

These are hands down the best green chile packed burritos in Colorado! They have literally become an addiction since I found them 3 months ago. The ‘Classics’ I think are the best but I haven’t quite made my way through the whole menu yet…Yet! Absolutely Love this place and I’m always lucky enough to catch Momma Perez herself at the front counter! Great burrito, great peeps, 10 out of 10!
