My sandwich was delicious! It has been YEARS since I have had Subway and this was so good. The staff working at 1:30pm on a Tuesday were quick and pleasant. You guys made my experience great.

They never have meatballs. I have been in there at least 24 times. Only once have they had meatballs. I have stopped ordering substitutes. Now, if they don’t have them I just leave. I asked them once why they never have them. They said they only make them once a day and when they are out that is it. This place is run like garbage……So I went back today again at 1:30 to see if maybe they had a meatball sub. Even during lunch. No meatballs. Still garbage.

Due to an “rush” on Game day, they were out of all but two kinds of bread and one kind of wrap. Not necessarily their fault, but this is a small town and game schedules are redily available ahead if time so they can prepare in advance if they so choose.
I ordered ordered a sandwich by the name I got online and was told that they don’t have that sandwich. I had to pull out my phone to show them what it was.
The employee who built the sandwich was very polite and attentive.
After the sandwiches were made I was informed they were out of bags!!! When I stated that I was walking and didn’t think I could carry it without a bag. the cashier didn’t apologize, offer to help ar suggest a solution, she just walked away. (Different person than the friendly gal who made the sandwich).
There was no friendly greeting when I came in or a “Have a good day ” as I left.
The food itself was excellent. With the exception of the tomatoes, all the veggies were fresh.

Subway is absolutely terrible here. I look forward to writing a long complaint about how bad these people are to company headquarters…that should speak volumes about my low opinion of this Subway. We all felt that the quality of work wasn’t anything close to what you would hope or expect from a Subway. I won’t recommend this place.

I’ve always had good service here but the length of time it takes to get your food is all dependent on the time of day and how busy it is. They often only have one worker and it gets incredibly backed up during the school week at lunch and 5pm when the school sports practices are finishing. A plus for them, they’re one of the few places open all day on Sunday in Connell.

Terrible handling of food (cross contamination) and complete lack of basic sandwich making skills. If you get a melt, you get a bag full of mush. The price i paid to what I received was a complete disaster. The only reason I give one star is for the cookie, besides that it’s a -10/10.

Always love subway! Food was good and staff were super friendly but $10 is a lot for a footlong if you don’t happen to want the sub of the day. Tomatoes aren’t always awesome.

I got very bad food poisoning here. Wracked up thousands in medical bills I still owe on and never got as much as an apology from them or corporate. I was in the hospital for over a week. This is why chain restaurants don’t belong in Connell. And the health department needs to investigate your gross habits that make people sick.

They have great sandwiches and if you down load the app you can get great deals but I disappointed how they took there meat and thinned it out to try to save a few penny’s as much as people pay for the sandwiches they didn’t need to get greedy and thin there meat down it what made me quit going is because they tried to be sneaky and cheet there cusumers because of greed !
