I thought i would order from the curry king since its under new management but i wont order again.When the food was delivered the mushrooms were lukewarm and the chapati was cold. Also the kebab meat and chips were lukewarm . On a plus the delivery driver was polite.

Told after 1hr food was on its way . Only to call bk 20 min l8r to b told 5 min won’t be long after total of 1hr 45 min I called to cancel and was told he is on his way . U can’t cancel we have made ure oder . Then got cheeky ..we’re busy and can’t do everything g at once . .. take less orders and some bloody pride in work . .. 20 min l8r driver appears and glad I canceled looked like it had been pulled from the bin

So disappointed, ordered from here and my father wanted Chicken maryland and all he got was 6 pieces of chicken that looked fried, I ordered chips and curry sauce with rice which I had to give to my dad the rice so he wasn’t just having the chicken balls on them own, mines looks like it was made yesterday, Only thing they got right was my brothers order

19th June 2025, very disappointed, I am a regular customer, chips were obviously reheats and so was the chicken pakora. I had thought of myself as being a good customer, this experience has put me off ordering again. Poor show guys.

Went in and bought pizzas a couple of times last week. The pizzas were delicious, and I’m not sure if it were the owners or just staff, but they were so friendly and welcoming. The amount of people that come through their doors is obviously a lot, but they still remembered me from a previous visit and were really lovely to talk to. I don’t eat take out very often, but I will without doubt be coming here the next time I do. Really lovely people and superb food!

Ordered a delivery, can’t fault the service. Pleasant gentleman took order & the delivery was prompt.
Ordered chicken pakora which was delicious and a spicy chicken pizza, they must have mixed up the spice with salt. The pizza had no spice whatsoever! OMG! The amount of salt in this was awful, glad we don’t suffer from high cholesterol. We were up all night needing water.

Ordered through just eat – who have been useless in helping! Order was wrong – the chicken wasn’t tikka which just changed the expected flavour of the dish , in the lamb dish the meat was fatty and chewy (not well cooked at all) and the naan bread was soggy, doughy and tasteless. Overall one of the least appetising curry’s we have had and the order was wrong. Really disappointing and really annoyed with just eat for not sorting it out!!

Placed an order that tane nearly 2 hours to come & when it finally arrived it was stone cold so had to send it back, when I phoned the shop after an hour they said it was on its way & it still tane the rest of the time to get here.
