I love Jimmy John’s as well. Tonight, actually, left the house to bring my lady some stuff, and stopped by JJ’s on the way home (made the trip really to go JJ’s) and asked for onions on my sandwich. I get home, take that first bite, and no onions. Checked the receipt and it said, “add onions” sure enough. Idk why I can’t just get what I pay for especially when it’s a $20 sandwich.

What happened to Jimmy John’s? They couldn’t make a little John with only mayo and bacon for a 4 year old little boy without charging $8 for the sandwich only! Then to finish ordering two additional sandwiches with 3 chips and 3 drinks totaling over $40. When did they get so overpriced?? I won’t be back after this experience. 0 stars.

My daughter and I went through the drive thru for lunch. The lady taking orders was very polite and got everything right. Service was quick, friendly, and the food tasted fresh.

I went through the drive through to order a sandwich, got back to my office and noticed it only had meat and cheese on it. I called them to see if they could deliver the correct sandwich to my office three blocks away and they said I had to go back to get it. Didn’t even get free chips or a drink! Make sure to check your order before leaving the lot!

What happened to this location? I don’t know if it’s management or what but it’s just gone downhill. Ordered lunch delivery a month ago and was called and told they were out of bread? At lunch hour? Took them over an hour to deliver it. Then today decided to go to the drive thru. Only person in it. Waited over 10 minutes for two of their simplest sandwiches. Yes there were 4 people working in there. Something is up over there.

Messed up our very basic order of 2 sandwiches. The line moved extremely slow. The person taking our order seemed to have trouble communicating. All in all, I will never return to this Jimmy John’s ever again.

To start, the service was absolutely terrible. They were rude at the drive-thru. Second off I ordered the number 4 with no Mayo or tomato and I got both on there. Not to mention they charged me for an extra sandwich. And lastly from what I could see from my truck, their kitchen looked disgusting. If you’re planning on eating at Jimmy Johns, I would recommend the location by Costco. Anywhere but here.
