This is by far the best Italian restaurant, if not overall restaurant in the Wood River Valley. The service is top tier! Everyone is so professional, attentive and fun. It definitely nails the Italian vibe. The food! Oh my goodness the food! It’s absolutely divine! Everything I have tried is pure perfection! The meatballs are my go to appetizer. I would eat here once a week (or more) if I could swing it. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it! My one gripe with Fiamma is how loud it is. However, it’s so be expected with how popular it is. I can’t wait to go back!

Couldn’t have had a better experience. It’s obvious the owners/chefs are very hand on and invested in their booming restaurant. The food was amazing, the short rib pasta dish is truly to die for, the flavors are so eccentric. Service was great of course, thank you Michelle! Cocktails were extremely well crafted. To anyone on here leaving reviews about noise or ambience ? like come on. It’s Sun Valley’s hottest restaurant, of course it’s loud , we are all having a great time! We will easily be back. We underplanned for Valentine’s evening, but Fiamma’s was able to provide us bar seating in half an hour. We really, really appreciate that. The food was so satisfying (I was craving traditional Italian), service was attentive, and the ambiance was really romantic. It was the perfect ending to our weekend getaway into the Idaho mountains.

Valentine’s Day dinner did NOT disappoint!! From the sexy crab Louie salad, perfect Al dente cooked Cacio e Pepe and the ever so creamy mushroom risotto with a serving of Wagu beef was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! Our signature cocktails topped it off. It was a pleasure to meet Britt & Kinsey. I love that the two of them take the time out of their busy service to converse with their customers! I highly recommend giving Fiamma a try, my husband and I will be back.

We were able to get a coveted reservation at Fiamma by luck so we could celebrate my husband’s birthday while we were visiting Sun Valley. It was recommended by some friends who visited at Thanksgiving and they raved about the food. The food was incredible but this restaurant was the whole package. Krista did more then serve, she celebrated right along with us. Our nine year old who is an infamously picky eater not only tried everything but didn’t want to share with us, he wanted his own mains. Britt was so gracious and checked on us several times, making us feel like regulars. We enjoyed every moment. This restaurant hits all the spots! We enjoyed the focaccia , the meatballs, and the tagliatelle, our son had the boujiest butter noodles and the budino was divine. The food was what we came for but the whole experience was spot on and the bathrooms were gorgeous .

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was outstanding—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The server Kathy, was attentive, welcoming, and perfectly timed, making the entire evening feel effortless. Brady was fantastic to talk to, the wine selection was exceptional, with thoughtful pairings that elevated every course. This restaurant truly excels in every aspect.
