Five stars on flavor and quality. Four stars on portion sizes. Given the small size of the tacos, it allows you to sample multiple different ones but it would be nice if they were about 25% larger. For a normal meal for 20-30 year old male, I think 4 tacos is about the right amount to order. For lunch my wife and I split 4 tacos, and then ordered queso. The “small” queso was great and of a decent size. We got a big bag of chips with it – enough to eat all of the queso! I don’t know if I would come back for dinner, but if you consider this a nice addition to the brewery this is located within, then it is great and far superior to basic pretzel food options offered at other breweries.
I should have taken a photo of the queso before we dug in. There was a nice green onion and cotija cheese garnish!
The four tacos we got were:
Carne asada – great!
Al pastor – above average
Camerones al chipotle – good flavor but too spicy for my wife (my gain!)
Pollo asada – a different flavor than I was expecting but good

I wish I took a picture of the tacos I ordered to show how delicious they are, but all I can do is tell you that this stop is definitely worth your time. We detoured through Telluride yesterday on our way to Arizona and the tacos were AMAZING! Meat is cooked well and seasoned perfectly, and the crispy purple tortilla is a nice touch. I recommend the al pastor, and don’t forget to ask for a grilled jalapeño on the side

Go!!! For starters get the chips and salsa! Then I can only speak for the 4 different kinds of tacos that I have had but so far they are batting 1,000! There are still another at least 4 more diff kinds of tacos to try and they all sounds good. Also, it’s in the same building as TBC so grab an awesome beer or two to wash it down with.

Tacos were great.
We came late, and while we were standing on the queue, they slowly sold out most of the options. We tried their beef and chicken tacos, which were really tasty. Their ingredients are top quality!

I had the shrimp tacos, carne asada tacos and a Mexican lager to go. We ate in one of the converted heated gondolas in mountain village. The tacos were great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely eat here again!

The restaurant deserves its own standalone building. Do not sleep on this place. Will recommend this to everyone who travels through here.
