I asked for salsa on the side. I was the only person in the restaurant.??? It’s the little things that kill. You need to listen to what your customers are saying. After biting into the tacos, I found that there was zero flavor to the ground beef. Maybe if you’re not gonna season your food, you should throw salt and pepper in the customer’s bags. And I really wish that there weren’t onions and crap on my tacos. Overall crappy experience, I wouldn’t recommend them and I won’t be back. I don’t know what was in the spot before this restaurant occupied it, but I do wonder what’s gonna be there when this place goes out of business, because they are not working out.

Very disappointed with our last order. I placed an online order for my wife and myself to bring home after a busy day of work. When my wife opened her order, it smelled burnt. When she turned her quesadilla over, it was completely burnt on the side that was conveniently “hid”. We were already home, so it was too late to drive back to Taco Gringo. Needless to say, dinner was ruined for my wife. We’ve been Taco Gringo customers for years but I must say over the last couple of years, the quality of their food has gone down. I spent about $40 on dinner just to throw half of it away.
Interesting – the owner replies to reviewers that leave positive feedback but after two weeks, nothing on the review I left. You would think the issue we had would be addressed! Saying “Nothing” in response to my review speaks volumes about the character and integrity of Taco Gringo!

The staff were super kind and helpful. The food was a little bit greasy. It could have just been my order, but I wasn’t super impressed. It still tasted decent though. It was fun to try it out.

I eat here more than I would like to admit! But I’m always satisfied 100% of the time! Love the southwest sauce, and the staff there always go out of there way to add my favs even if its a pain in the butt to Add! 10/10 recommend!

Ok, so after reading other reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. We went in and there was only a couple other people, we weren’t sure what we wanted and the lady at the register didn’t rush us. We chose the queso chimichangas. They were actually really good! The ratio of rice, black beans, and meat were good. Everything had a great flavor to it. The chips and queso even surprised me! We didn’t wait more than 10 min before our food was brought to us. The only reason I’m giving this place a 4 star review is bc they have flimsy forks and no knives to help cut the chimis into smaller bites. Other than that, I will most definitely be stopping here again!

The place is so clean compared to what it used to be, every time i come in during my lunch break the girl with pinkish magenta hair i believe used to be blonde is always doing something productive and her customer service is always top tier. Hope her hard work and all the effort she puts into this place is rewarded!

Honestly this was awful. My husband and I threw it away and went over to the travel plaza next door. The “Queso” obviously came in a can. Lumpy and had that chemical taste that comes with fake cheese. We wasted $50 dollars on stale tacos with literal “minute” white rice. We could have made wayyyyyy better tacos in our own kitchen. I never write bad reviews, but this truly deserved one.

This place has really improved! It’s so much cleaner i don’t stick to the ground no more, the service is great. My husband and I actually dined in for the first time in a long time! Kudos to you !

We’ve tried this place a few times. Different times of day, different days of the week and different seasons of the year.
Bland. Not authentic anything.
Without the sauce, everything is dry.
Service was poor because only 2 teenagers trying to handle the place alone, with take out and in house orders.
Tables and floor were dirty.
Might be time to change up a few things
