Placed an order online since I’m getting off work and driving an hour home so I thought it would be convenient. Guess not. I specifically asked for no pizza sauce and that’s exactly what they put on my sub. Now they don’t want to refund me unless I show up when I already told them I’m not from town and would have to turn around and drive back and back again. I don’t care if I don’t get refunded for the chips and drink since those are edible but this sub is not.

I had the worst customer experience! They started a “regulars” order that walked in after me. Then finished the other person order before finishing my basic sub. This has happened twice now with the same kid working there. I’ll continue to go to the other subway off frontage road.

I truly believe that a blind person with Parkinson’s disease could have made a better sub. The majority of the toppings were out of the sub and the southwest sauce leaked through the wrapper. There hasn’t been a disaster like this since the movie Sideways.

One employee did not wear a mask and was one of the main sandwich makers. Not well organized in the assembly. Gloves were not changed as they handled meat, cheese, all vegetables, sauce containers, salt/pepper grinders and repeated for the next sandwich. Just didn’t feel like I was in a safe environment.

very horrible service. there was a worker named jada that was just giving us a bad attitude just because she don’t like us. there was a hair on one of our sandwich’s. jada went to the back and started talking about us to another worker. won’t be coming back to this subway ever again.

Great staff- friendly, helpful, clean! Told me of specials going on that were not advertised. Easy going and patient as the kids changed their minds on toppings. Good food too!
