The actual coffee itself is delicious, especially when I get an iced latte with caramel which is my usual order. However, recently I ordered one for delivery from this store, which I hadn’t done before, and unfortunately I received a medium size (when I ordered a large) with a note saying they ran out of large cups. While I appreciated the message – and not to sound like a cheapskate – but I think when you pay for something in advance it’s important to receive it unless you agreed otherwise. In this case, perhaps two separate coffees (a small and a medium) or some kind of improvisation in order to make up the correct size. Other than that, I always find the employees to be warm and friendly when I visit in-person, and my mobile orders are always prepared efficiently. I often hear a lot of casual conversation between the workers, and honestly I like this because it’s a coffee outlet and that’s where the best chats are often had.

Recovering from gambling addiction? Come here. Lightly toasted bagel with butter. Some days you get a dried out blackened husk that more closely resembles charcoal than anything bread like. Other days you get a bagel warmed by hand and covered with a thick slab of greasy, dripping fat. God have mercy on your soul if you ask for cream cheese.

So I came to this location and I gave them my order, after I gave them my order my food came out right away but I waited for my coffee for almost 10 min. Everyone that ordered after me got their coffee before me. Then as I was eating my food I realized there was a piece of plastic in my food. I used to come to this location all the time but now I will not be coming here and I I will definitely be making cooperate aware of what happened.

I ordered some hot chocolate for the kids through the drive through and noticed all three people had their masks covering nose or mouth, but not both. That is missing the point completely. I assumed that a larger company would have rules about keeping customers safe. I won’t go there again.

Good Evening,
I see many complaints on here about forgotten items. Sure, this has occured many times in my experiences at this Dunkin’ location. I never complained simply because I knew it was not worth it. Today, however, the service I recieved was unacceptable. At approximately 11:30 AM, I ordered my normal large coffee with a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. After pulling up to the window, I was greeted by an extremly friendly employee. As she walked away to process my transaction, I heard a loud woman yelling at the staff. She yelled so loudly I could hear it in my car. I then noticed a bag of food being thrown from the cooking area, across the room, on to the counter top near the register. I was astounded by what I saw and hoped that it was not my food. The nice employee came back and picked up the bag that was thrown. As she passed the bag to me through the window, I immediality asked her why my food was thrown across the room. I was then informed, that this was a regular occurence and it is the assistant manager who was behind all of it. I was told that this vile woman had been treating her employees poorly. It is despicable and deplorable that Dunkin’ allows managers to treat their staff, or lack of staff, with such disrespect. No wonder this location and many others are so short staffed. P.S. My food was smushed. Not a great start to my morning.
