We went here on a Friday night. There was hardly anybody in the place. We soon realized why. The barmaid was very nice very friendly and helpful. We had to order our food at the back. We ordered fish sandwiches for two of us. The fish was served on a dry bun with fish nothing else. They had no tartar sauce. We also ordered fries they had no ketchup. Some of the other people with us ordered chicken fingers and asked for sauces to dip them. They were told there would be no sauces until Sunday. My son left & drove to the store and bought ketchup so we would have something to use. If you sell french fries and hamburgers you definitely should have ketchup available to your customers. I would not recommend this as a place to go. The beers were not bad but they weren’t great either. We visit breweries often. This has to be one of the worst ones we’ve been to. We won’t be going back.

My husband had the mango beer which was really tasty. They have Moscow mules on tap and plenty of options for anyone. We had the best dinner and will definitely be back! I had the gumbo and we also got catfish and chicken. Amazing authentic NOLA food!!
Loved the yard space with games and plenty of seating and they even had a band. Highly recommend! Great for kids, families and large groups.

The food wasn’t the greatest. Although, I do see a lot of great reviews. I wonder if you were the people that were sitting at the bar playing some type of music bingo game? We were our jacks also because of how cold it was.We sat at a table for quite some time before we realized there were no waiters/waitresses? And that we had to go up to the bar and ask how to order. We were instructed to go back to the dining area, and there was a screen back where we could order on it manually? There was a fellow standing there that took our order. After we found out that the item ordered on the menu, which was a hoagie, was no longer offered. (It seems like they didn’t figure that out either until we pointed it out?) We ordered hamburgers with fries. The hamburgers were thin and a lot smaller than the bun. The bill for the food was $35. Really? Perhaps if you sold more you wouldn’t have to charge so much for so little. I’d say the meals were worth $20 at the most, combined. I know you. have overhead to cover, but it certainly isn’t your heat because everybody was wearing jackets along with us. Because of how cold it was in your restaurant. I like to relax when I eat not freeze. Spend some money and turn up the thermostat. If you didn’t notice, everybody at the bar was wearing sweat tops or jackets, also. The beer was half decent different, but nothing I’ll drink all the time. Maybe you don’t know this, but since that place has been constructed, there’s been a fast turnover of companies starting and closing/failing. I honestly feel if you don’t correct what I’ve mentioned you’ll be the next. I don’t wish that, I sense that.

This is a great spot! My wife and I stopped in for the first time after walking our dogs at Northmoreland Park. We sat on the back patio with the dogs and had food and some drinks.
Everyone was very friendly and nice. The kitchen and bar are separate, but both were great. We really enjoyed our drinks and the food. It turns out that they also have a special dog menu, which our pups will definitely try next time. They even brought out a water bowl for the pups and lit one of the fire pits. Great experience and atmosphere.
We really appreciated the friendly people, good food, and drinks. If you’re in the area, it’s well worth a visit!

One of our favorite local breweries. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent beers both by the brewery and other microbrews. Fun events, great local musicians. The kitchen is operated by a crew that could be working in NOLA!
Looking forward to warmer weather so we can enjoy the outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. We’ve joined their mug club.

Great experience. Came in to watch the Penguins game. Had some great brews made in-house. Very friendly bartender and cook much more personable than your average experience

Stopped in for a soft opening, so only one of their beers on tap, but it was good, and all the guest taps were excellent as well. Food is awesome. Had the catfish po’boy and hushpuppies they were great! It’s got a lot of flavor if you like catfish, but I think anyone that likes fish sandwiches will like it a lot. Can’t wait to stop in again!

Great food at a reasonable price. A real Cajun experience with a native NOLA chef. Multiple beverage options from local breweries. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Only 2 of their own beers but that is scheduled to change soon.
Food is New Orleans themed from a chef native to that area. I had a Shrimp Po Boy which was as good as any as I’ve had in my travels to N.O.
Service is fine and plenty of parking.

Not sure how to review this place or two places in one. Tortured Souls they had ice rationing which is very odd as they had no or little ice. With Evolution Grill we had to walk up and ask for our own memus, get our own water…I don’t mind walking up to you order our own food, but we had to add a tip for relatively no service. Plus, they want you to bus your own tables? The food is good but for what I am paying I want full service for a 20% pre-tip. Like I said beer and food are good, but when we go back I will not leave a tip and maybe bring ice.
