Excellent food! Drove from hood river as we craved for Indian food during our Oregon road trip. Great flavors, perfect level of spices. Asked for pure vegetarian – paneer tikka, dal makhani, palak paneer, samosas – chef Ranbir made sure food was amazing, tasty and clean. He even brought our food inside the restaurant where we happily demolished the food. He made us chai after our lunch – best way to finish off Indian food. He declined payment for chai! A paanwala nearby would have been heaven. This place has outdoor seating. Pets allowed inside. Glad we found this gem!

The garlic naan was too good, butter chicken curry and freshly prepared rotis. Curry was extra creamy and well spiced. Samosa was delish!

We were driving home from spending time in Bend over the holiday, and it’s a very long drive so we got hungry and searched for a spot in The Dallas. This place had great reviews and looked delicious, so we stopped by! Firstly, it’s located in a cute food cart pod that has an indoor eating area with a bar, pool table, sports games playing, and friendly staff. The carts are all really good! So you can get boba, and Indian food or whatever you fancy. I’m pescatarian so I got the fish curry, and it was delicious! There were large chunks of what I think was halibut, with a delicious spicy curry. The person managing and cooking was super nice! And my food came out very quick. It was the perfect hot meal to warm me up on this cold winter night, on my road trip. We’ll definitely be back when we pass through again.

This is a truck in a small pod on the outskirts of the Dalles. Don’t sleep on this place – it’s great! I ordered butter chicken and garlic naan. Both were excellent, and the portions were HUGE. It could have fed at least two (possibly three) people. There’s some outdoor picnic table seating that would be nice if it’s not cold/windy. The indoor seating wasn’t appealing, but it’s a bar, so there’s a greater purpose. Will definitely order again next time I’m in the area.

Solid Indian food, especially for the remoteness of this town, in a cute food truck area. We liked the biryanis better than the chicken tikka (it was a bit dry), but overall were impressed with the quality from one guy putting everything together. Agree with the other reviews though that starting the tip at 20% is ridiculous for counter service.

VERY good Indian food!! Loved everything we ordered. The Palak Paneer was excellent, as was the chicken vindaloo and the garlic naan. You will enjoy anything you order here – it’s that good.

Big thing come in small packages. So don’t miss out on a good time due to the square footage. Great place to go for drinks, food or even just a friendly game of pool. If you’re looking to try your luck check out the Oregon Slots or play Keno Lottery. Kareeokee Wednesdays and Fridays are fun, but be prepared for a crowd. The 6th Street Station is also a sports bar. Never miss an important NFL game or score with big screen t.v.’s

I recommend chicken biryani, very good balanced spicies, and plenty of chicken. I like spicy food, so this is perfect for me but a little spicy for my husband. The yogurt will make it less spicy.

I can’t believe I found this amazing food court with an Indian food truck that is walking distance from my hotel. The food was fresh, hot, a little spicy, and so delicious. I ordered Samosas, Saag Chicken with rice, and Naan. You can sit and eat outside at benches or sit inside. If you want Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, tacos, burgers, or other choices rather than fast food or greasy American restaurants, this place is a great choice.
