Friendly staff and very clean store! We got a large strawberry ice cream with brownies and sprinkles to share. We came for the ice cream but walked out with huge smiles because the service is so sweet and delicious! There were plenty of ice cream cakes readily available in the fridge for purchase! Will definitely be back!

We are regulars here at this location. The ice creams are always good, good quality and good quantity!
The customer service could use a little more attention. My wife and I were the only ones in there. Still, no eye contact from the two employees there.
They answered our questions, and they asked what we wanted politely, but no eye contact. To me, that is very important when it comes to customer service, especially if they were not too busy. It was only two of us!

December 1st came in at around 9pm. Came in and the worker didnt say a word or even look at me, she decided to start working on a online order about 10 seconds after I walked in and took about 7 minutes to complete it even though it was a single ice cream. I was standing around for about 4 minutes until she finally decided to say something to me and told me she would be done in one second. I finally placed my order and requested for extra toppings and she looked up at me like I was fat and questioned my choice of toppings saying that’s a lot of toppings and even went to the extent to ask me 2 times after I had already confirmed. My order then took about 6 minutes to complete and she seemed to be playing around with my icecream and shaping it. While this was happening there was someone waiting for their online order and the worker clearly had about 5 receipts of online orders to still complete. The store was not busy at all and she was doing nothing when I walked in yet orders were backed up and she was extremely slow. Very poor service first time ive ever experienced this at this location. Ice cream is good as always but this worker deserves to be talked to or fired.

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and not only was the ice cream amazing but excellent customer service. I highly recommend it there are many options to choose from to create and delicious sundae. Also, the staff were very pleasant. Definitely go there for a tasty treat!
