Came for a visit with my parents and they mentioned a New Mexican spot had opened up in lake Carmel. I was super impressed with the food! I ordered the mole pablano and it was very flavorful, you could taste the love in this homemade dish. The al pastor tacos were also delish. I will definitely be back

My wife and I went after shoveling snow! What a surprise, the soup was Delicious! It was some kind of steak soup but let me tell you it hit the spot after a few hours in the snow and bitter cold- the tacos and enchiladas didn’t disappoint either. Can’t wait to return in a few days lol

The tacos are fire!!
I am from the Bronx where you can find great Mexican restaurants anywhere. Finally a spot here in Carmel that feels like an actual Mexican restaurant! The tacos were on point! So good definitely worth it. Went in Thursday night and they have mini tacos that day and the tacos arabe, carnitas and birria were so good. The Huaquechula combo plate was really good too. The enchilada could have been a little more spicy but it was good as well. The rice and beans definitely on point!
