Come here for a simple Italian menu with an open kitchen. This restaurant doesn’t open too late so if you decide to come, make sure you come a little early. We arrived and only the bar/kitchen counter was available which worked out for us.

We always wanted to try this place and were also wanting Italian so this place seemed fit. After briefly skimming through the menu, we noticed there was a 3 course meal for $38 per person which caught our eyes since it included an appetizer, pasta and and dessert as well.

The salad was decent, but the foods that we got that I recommend would be the calamari, tonnarelli cacio e pepe, and linguine & clams. The calamari was interesting as it was the first time I had fried calamari with no sauce, but it was tossed with some type of pickled juice over it which gave it a sweet and tangy flavor.

Both pastas are something I would suggest at any Italian restaurant and they were both great. Although both white sauce pastas, they had really contrasting flavors. The linguine had a strong tangy flavor with it but the cacio e Pepe was really strong with the Parmesan. Both are really solid pastas.

I would suggest to sit at the bar/kitchen counter so you can watch the food service, but you may not have a close view of it. It’s also a really big area, but for some reason the hostess sat us in the middle of 2 parties when there was so much space. My only guess is that it was reserved, but no one sat there during the 50 minutes we were there.

Overall, I’d suggest this place possibly as a budget date spot where you’re sitting in a dimly lit restaurant that makes it feel different from the bright casino around. The 3 course menu is pretty good deal unless you’re looking for something that isn’t on that menu.

Had dinner at Fiorella and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was different yet relaxed, and the service was great, our server was friendly, patient, and attentive. The menu is small but makes ordering easy, and the pasta and cocktails we had were solid. Prices felt reasonable for the quality. I also liked the open kitchen setup where you can watch the chefs at work. Would definitely return!

What a breath of fresh air! I have been dining at Fiorella’s for over a year now. It never disappoints! The Chefs are amazing to watch as they cook and prepare your food. The restaurant is absolutely spotless clean! I was warmly greeted by the hostess Maura. We were served by Dalia, she ensured our dining experience was exceptional! Everything on their menu is absolutely delicious! Rigatoni w/ Fiorella Sausage and Spaghetti Pomodoro w/meatball are my favorite! Have them add some spice to the sauce! Their signature Facoccia Bread is amazing and will melt in your mouth! A definitely must have! I highly recommend to anyone visiting Durango Casino or even looking for a delicious Italian meal. Oh, and did I mention the draft beers on tap?

Stopped by Fiorella Pasta at the Durango Casino food court and left pretty disappointed. Paid $26 for a pasta dish that was maybe worth $12 at best. The food was just okay—nothing memorable, nothing that justified the price. Service wasn’t great either, especially for a food court setting where expectations are already fairly basic. Overall, it felt overpriced and underwhelming. Plenty of better options in the area for the money.

For the life of me I cannot remember the name of this dish. I felt like I was having dinner with friends, Bob was so funny and Dalia was very nice. The food was sooooo good, small place, small menu but oh so delicious!!! I truly recommend!

I will say, I don’t think this restaurant deserves 3 stars. I do have a few complaints but the overall experience and food was good. The baked short rib fozaletto is delicious.

The waitress had asked if we want bread. Of course we said yes unbeknownst to us it’s a $6 charge. The bread was very stale and cold. It had been sitting in a refrigerator for a while. The crust was very soggy and chewy while the interior was near frozen cold. The calamari ($20+) was an extremely small portion. It would be barely enough for two people. It was also filled with fried vegetables to “stretch” the calamari and make it appear larger. No sauce was included and would cost extra.

The decor is very nice and gives off a premium feel and the food came out quickly. Service was attentive and our entrees were delicious.
Will probably be back but will avoid the bread and calamari unfortunately

Authentic pasta, bread and appetizers with handmade fresh ingredients, I loved it!
The only thing is that since it’s inside the casino, it may lack more intimate hospitality… We weren’t offered any bread or nothing until we had to ask, and of course you must pay for the amazing house-made bread… but hey I take it

The food was very good and a tad bit different. We were told that there was a 45 minute wait, but we waited about 12 to 13 minutes. The server recommended some items that we tried and we liked. The mushroom lasagnetta was interesting and tasted okay, but neither my wife or I felt we would order it again. The mozzarella carrozza was very good and we also really enjoyed the Focaccia bread. We look forward to returning and trying more from this unique eatery inside the food hall at the Durango hotel.

Delectable Italian cuisine perfectly prepared by Manny and Leo, and served by attentive team members Ruben, Dalia and JoVee! A fantastic way to celebrate a 60th birthday!

Ours was a party of eight. Some of us ordered from the Pre Fixe Menu. We took pleasure in:

Antipasti:
Crispy Calamari – prepared to perfection!
Sal’s Meatball – moist, full of flavor with a touch of marinara
Crab Toast – a luscious blend of creamy and crunchy

Hand-made pastas:
Fettuccine Shrimp Scampi – al dente pasta in a light, creamy garlic sauce with a hint of lemon
Mafaldine w/ Short Rib – al dente pasta with short rib in every bite
Rigatoni w/ Fiorella Sausage – al dente pasta in a savory blend of Italian sausage and pecorino

Dolci: House Made Gelato – vanilla, cocoa nib or pb & j. We tried them all and loved them! Rich and creamy like gelato should be!

You’ve impressed us on our first visit! We definitely will return and tell others about your incredible restaurant – Fiorella!
