This is a fun, new barbecue place here in our town. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and quick and attentive, and a portions were generous. The barbecue sauce that they had labeled as dynamite hot really surprise you that spot on as a description. Overall I would give this place five stars and encourage you to go check it out. there is free parking which is an added bonus. The restrooms are clean. There is outdoor seating available if you’re interested. Since it’s a brand new location in a little township of Yelm, everything is so brand spanking new and clean.

Had to give this place a go! I’m from Kansas so BBQ is one of my core food groups. This place was mighty tasty! Potato salad was the best I’ve had, pulled pork was excellent and succulent, brisket was smoky but not dry. My only complaint was my choice of sauce, I got mild because I wasn’t sure of the spice level, and I definitely could have gone up. Next time for sure. Customer service was great as well!

The BBQ here is really amazing. There damn hot sauce Isa actually spicy, but it still holds a great flavor. The building itself was a bit hot (which is to be expected), so hopefully, they get their AC working soon, I felt bad for the employees. Will definitely come back and looking forward to them acquiring their liquor license as well.

Nice. Something new. Much better than Dickies. I love the black beans in the caviar and pit beans. I even took home the cowboy caviar yesterday and heated it up for dinner, it was great! It’s served cold at the restaurant. Pretty cold inside the building.

Delicious food, generous portions, and decently priced. The chili is a must! I could of ate just that and been in heaven. Chopped pork sandwhich was delicious, Mac and cheese, brisket, all mouth watering. I’ve been to a lot of BBQ restaurants and this place has it right. Friendly staff, clean, newer restaurant and good atmosphere.

Consistency is paramount in my dining experiences, and unfortunately, Peco’s falls short in this regard, currently batting at 33%. Despite having frequented various Peco’s locations, including their food truck and the West Seattle establishment, the Yelm branch stands out as a disappointment.
I typically order their spicy links, which have been consistently served as two full links cut in half across all locations—until my experiences at the Yelm establishment. On my first visit, I received four bite-sized pieces of a link, followed by the standard two full links on my second visit, and a perplexing five bite-sized pieces on the third occasion. This inconsistency is not only frustrating but also raises concerns regarding the value for money, given the price point.
In light of this, I am inclined to support other establishments such as Jim Bob’s or Steele BBQ, as I feel the quality and value they offer are more reliable. Peco’s Yelm location, unfortunately, has left me feeling shortchanged, as evidenced by the disproportionate amount of sauce to actual meat in my orders.
