We enjoyed wet breakfast burritos here and the flavors were spot on! The size of the burrito was fair for the $11.49/each we paid. Coming from the west, it was nice to see chile offered with the burritos to make them smothered! The biggest piece of feedback I have is on the cook of the bacon. The bacon in my burrito was practically raw – hardly warmed, no crunch. It was so chewy that I removed most pieces as I found them. I’m hoping this is a rare occurrence. My husband’s sausage burrito was cooked well – he certainly enjoyed it. I am excited to try Chorizo next! In looking at the menu, I’m also eager to taste the 4 soups they have – Gaffney needs more places with authentic soup! We look forward to coming back again soon.
Their place is just past the Clock (on the same side) about a mile (or less) from exit 90 in Gaffney. You won’t be disappointed and it’s definitely worth the drive from Spartanburg.
The quesabirria came out as 3 birria tacos with a nice bowl of consume.
I had street tacos 1 pork 1 chorizo both terrible, the chorizo tasted floral like a peonie flower smells . My husband had steak burrito, idk what the meat was but it did not tast like steak.
One of my son’s had shrimp tacos, he said it was OK but wouldn’t eat it again.
My other son had hamburger and fries he said it was just ok, not worth coming back for.
My pico de gallo was good ish.
The best thing about this restaurant was the SOFT TOLIET PAPER
It’s right off the road by a car wash. Don’t miss it. It’s worth the stop. ♥️
