As a truck driver over the road these are the places that make the job better. This is a hidden gem right next to the pilot and it is one of the better places I have found in my 20 years on the road. Great friendly service. Drinks stay full and had the chicken fried steak. So tender you can cut with a fork pancakes soft delicious and the over medium eggs….finally a restaurant that knows how to make over medium eggs perfectly. Now I cant wait to come back. Truckers this is the spot don’t let the look of the building fool you thank me later great place!

The employees are not knowledgeable about federal service animal laws, and I strongly suggest they get properly educated and trained. I was told that it is “the law” to show certification for my service animal, which is completely incorrect under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There is no legal requirement for service dog certification or paperwork. Businesses are only permitted to ask two questions: whether the dog is required because of a disability and what task the dog is trained to perform.

Being misinformed and treated this way made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against, and we ultimately chose to leave. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff are properly trained on ADA guidelines so this does not happen to anyone else.

No matter what, you have to visit this place! The food is incredible, and the portions are huge. My fiancé and I went there, and the people were very kind, plus the food was absolutely delicious. My fiancé ordered a Tuna Melt that was out of this world, while I created my own omelet with hash browns and two stacks of pancakes. It was such a tasty meal, but unfortunately, I couldn’t finish it all. Everything was fresh and hot, and I believe everyone should give it a try. Don’t be too quick to judge the exterior; the food and staff are definitely worth experiencing!

Place is not bad pretty good breakfast I really enjoyed the Huevos rancheros The server was very polite and fast I only had 30 minutes for lunch I got my food and ate the whole plate and still had 5 minutes to spare so I recommend a place if you were looking for a quick bite or just want to sit down and eat some good breakfast

Breakfast for me and my coworkers. The food was good. The diner is a real truck stop and will take you back to the 70’s. I imagine when the spot was new and clean, I’m sure it was something. The long counter, the booths, the clocks around the ceiling from different states, the empty pie refrigerators with the slanted holders and mirrors, the hole in the wall where the orders went in and a few minutes later the food came out. Sorry got nostalgic for a sec. Man this is quite a spot with the trucks parked outside. The staff is very friendly and the food was very good. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs with biscuits and gravy. My steak was tender and my eggs were on point. I will be back, I want to try the fresh squeezed orange juice. I recommend this place whole heartedly.

My daughter and I went to this location for breakfast for the first time and it was so disappointing. My daughter ordered the kids pizza, fries and chocolate milk. I ordered a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. The fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil and the pizza was so hard we couldn’t bite it, it was solid like a rock. My bagel tasted stale. We were both shocked at the quality of the un-edible food we were served. The waitress took our order but never checked on us again as she was occupied decorating a Christmas tree. I’m not sure why they have the ratings they have because the only thing that was good was the chocolate milk.

Has that truck stop diner feel which is nice, has clocks of different timezones, the background sound of dishes clanging and chefs cooking and customers talking make the atmosphere good. The food is good, tasty and good sized portions for the price, worth it. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and it tastes great, a large cup is $5.49 but is worth it. What was bad is the customer service. The waitress we had had no politeness, didn’t make you feel welcome and after the initial order didn’t come back again to check on us, if we needed another drink etc. Only came back to give us our check to pay and then asked how everything was. I would go again for the food and oj but not for the service. Hopefully it’s better next time.
