One of my favorite Starbucks! The atmosphere is lovely with its wood theme and fireplace that works well with the vibe in Montana. Every time I go to Glacier NP I stop here. The staff is always friendly, especially Rusty who is such a friendly free spirit! Every time I go there, he greets me like I am his long lost friend. He always makes you feel like you are family. Great stop on the way to Glacier NP. It is super clean, pretty, and has tourist stuff for last minute gifts. Great drinks and food. Awesome place!!!

This is the nicest Starbucks I’ve been in. A huge outside deck with comfortable outside furniture. An interior with cozy seats and the typical free wifi. They even made me the secret menu Java Chip Frappuchino! It’s spacious, with clean restrooms.

3 times I’ve been here and won’t come back. They don’t make the drinks right and when you say something they get an attitude and pissy when you ask them to remake it. This trip they made 2 out of the 3 drinks wrong.

Misleading Menu & Poor Service – No Transparency
This review is for the management of this specific location: your operational decisions have severely damaged the customer experience here.
The core issue is a complete lack of transparency. This store has permanently removed fresh blueberries from its inventory and silently replaced them with dried blueberries in the blueberry oatmeal, all without any warning on the mobile order menu.
This is unacceptable. I have visited countless Starbucks locations where the mobile app accurately and in real-time shows items as “sold out.” This store could easily do the same. Instead, you have chosen to mislead customers by taking our money for a product you know you cannot provide as advertised.
Charging an extra $1.95 for this unapproved substitution compounds the feeling of being cheated.
When I tried to resolve this, the staff’s first response was to deflect the problem (telling me to call customer service for a refund) rather than solve it. Only after escalating to a manager was I offered a credit, forcing me to make another purchase to recoup the cost.
This combination of deliberately misleading menu practices and poor service recovery shows a profound disregard for your customers. I will not be returning and caution others to double-check their orders if they mobile order from here.
